Welcome to DesertpawsAz 🐶🐾 I'm Andrea , a trusted sitter offering family-style dog boarding and doggy daycare from my home in south phoenix just few minutes from SkyHarbor international airport ✈️ I started DesertpawsAz to give pups a safe, comfortable place where they can feel at home while their families are away. I provide small, personalized stays filled with supervised playtime, backyard adventures, naps, walks. I make sure each pup enjoys a balance of fun and relaxation suited to their energy level. 🐾🎾 I care for up to three dogs at a time so each pup gets the attention and care they need. I have experience caring for dogs with anxiety as well as high-energy pups, and I adjust their care to help them feel comfortable. If your dog doesn't get along with other dogs, I can provide a separate space and individual playtime so they can enjoy their stay. Safe pups and happy parents is my goal. Five stars all the way! Andrea watched my dog Stormi during a work trip and was amazing from start to finish. She sent great pictures and updates, and coordinating drop-off and pick-up couldn't have been easier. Her and her family treated Stormi so kindly, and she came home happy and completely exhausted from all the fun. Trustworthy, communicative, and genuinely loving toward your pup. I'll absolutely be booking again!
Andrea took care of Lucy during the 4th of July holiday while I was away, she took AMAZING care of her, provided daily updates, pictures and videos. It was my first time using a Rover service and I felt at ease knowing that Lucy was in good hands :) I got a lovely letter and some treats from Andrea when I picked her up. Definitely set the bar high and will be booking with her again. No notes!
I left my 2 dogs with Andrea over Christmas and will continue to board with her. 1 of my girls is very anxious and is nervous around new people. Andrea made her feel at ease quickly and was patient with her. You can tell she’s an animal person with a kind heart! Thank you for a great stay and for the homemade gifts for the girls!
Andrea is amazing! She’s my go to sitter and she loves my pup like no other. Such a kind soul. Give her a try I promise you won’t regret it!
I highly recommend Andrea. She took care of our Standard Poodle Autumn like we would. She kept us updated constantly, included pictures. Autumn was happy under her care. I would consider Andrea again with any of our pups.
Andrea has been a pet sitter for 2 of my frenchies. She has even been a pet sitter for my new born puppy litter when we had to go out of town on an emergency. She took excellent care of momma and her pups. She wrote down and follow all the instructions to the tee. As many know new born puppies is a complicated process momma and puppies thrived for the week she took care of them. She would voluntarily update me with pics and text messages. I’ve always felt at ease every-time I’ve left my fur babies with her

Schedule
I’m currently a stay-at-home mom, which allows me to be home for most of the day. This gives me plenty of time to provide attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and lots of affection throughout the day. I’ll make sure your pet will feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while they’re with me. Since I’m home often, your pet will receive plenty of companionship and won’t be left alone for long periods of time.

We have a big fenced yard where your fur baby could play and get some fresh air. We also have plenty of space inside our home where they could play or take a nap in the couch 🐶

A typical day
A typical day at DesertpawsAz 🐾☀️ Zoomies, fetch with Chuckit! toys, and a little sunbathing—followed by cozy naps inside! Whether your pup loves to run, play, explore, or simply relax, I let them enjoy the day at their own pace. Our outdoor spaces are regularly cleaned and sanitized to keep play areas fresh and comfortable for our guests. A little desert sunshine, plenty of wagging tails, and lots of love—it’s a good day at DesertpawsAz! 🐶
