I have two cats, a dog, and a turtle at home. One of my cats is crate trained and I make sure to play with both them everyday so they get the stimulation they need. My dog is a senior lady who has a lot of energy and loves going for runs and chasing treats in the dog park.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs, quirks, or things that make them afraid or anxious. Additionally, let me know beforehand if they are allergic to anything, like certain treats. As a certified veterinary assistant, I have the training to administer medication if needed!
A typical day
I will play with your dog and/or cat and I’m open to taking your dog to a park or outside to play! I can provide mentally stimulating games and puzzles for them as well.

Pet care experience
I am a Certified Veterinary Assistant and Certified Professional Pet Sitter® with lots of experience with dogs and cats of different ages, breeds, and temperaments. I am also fear-free certified and know how to read stressed or anxious animals. I have volunteered and worked at a cat and dog shelter, so I am accustomed to cleaning, being around animals of varying personalities, and walking dogs with different temperaments and needs. I currently have a rescue dog that came from a dog fighting/hoarding situation so I am used to dogs with anxieties and/or more special behavioral and physical needs. I am passionate about animals and will care for them like my own!

Leena was awesome! We needed a sitter at the last minute for something, and Leena totally pulled through for us. She took tons of photos of our pup when we were gone, and even left her a little bag of treats and a toy as a little surprise! Can't recommend her enough.
