I was very please with the service provided for my dog three times per day. She took care of him very well even though he is almost completely blind and is very hard of hearing. I will definitely have her back.

We appreciate Emma taking such good care of our girls!

Emma was wonderful with Carmelo! She was communicative, sent great updates and photos, and gave me peace of mind while I was away. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat. I’d definitely book with her again!

Disgusting, dangerous, and irresponsible. My dog brought in a SICK BIRD to my sofa while we were on vacation. Emma used my kitchen utensils to move the still live bird to the garbage then placed THEM BACK in my SINK on top of our sponges and bottle brushes and TOLD NO ONE. My security cameras show her at the same visit noticing there was puke on the floor and instead of alerting me that one of my pets had found a sick bird and was not puking, she complained about how gross it was and how she was annoyed to her friends on her phone and once again DID NOT TELL ME. Did not tell me that the pillows and blankets on the sofa that my family would no doubt relax on when getting in from vacation were covered in bacteria from a dead bird (though she did leave some feathers). Did not tell me that my animals were puking after being exposed to a sick animal. Just left. I could even hear her on her phone to her friend saying she should just leave the bird because it was her last day and how would I even know. She very unnecessarily used my kitchen utensils to pick up the sick bird and then returned them to my sink dirty placing them in the basin with our sponges and bottle brushes. So she contaminated the things we use to touch all of our dishes we eat off of with bacteria from a dying bird and DID NOT TELL US. She left and said nothing instead of letting me know my pet was sick. Literally the whole purpose of having someone in to check on them when we were not home was to let us know if everything was ok. Instead of alerting us, she actually made the situation worse and changed it from just the pets from being in danger to possibly poisoning our whole family. That is a criminal action. I do not understand how someone can do that to others. *at first I had some empathy for her thinking she is young and maybe just didn't know what to do but even after I messaged her and let her know my family was sick she continued to lie and not tell me what happened (I didn't tell her she was on video. Also they are not hidden cameras. They are very obviously hanging on the wall in the open with lights showing they are on.) *also she did not try to either aid or put out of misery the sick but seemingly still live bird. She just put it still alive in the trash. All she had to do was to let us know what was happening. Instead she lied, left our sick animals, and poisoned the whole family. I really hope she learns from this so she does not go on to kill people.
