“We love leaving koda with Ash! She’s always so well cared for and loved! Ash is always updating us about koda and letting us know how she’s doing while we’re away. She’s quick to respond and is great for last minute trips!”

“Was very attentive to my comfortably and safety of my dog. She communicated well and gave updates. Was always a pleasure to speak to and understood Xena and I had some not so pleasant visits with a previous sitter, she reassured me that Xena was in good hands. Xena came back happy and healthy, full and played out. She had a good time and I would recommend this sitter to anyone in need of a safe place for a temporary stay. Great job”

“Diamond had a great time with Ezra and Reina. He bonded well with them and adjusted to the transition from house to house without any visible trauma. Thank you both for being such dedicated caregivers.”

“David was so great to Rudy & Leahy. He communicated well, took phenomenal care of them (multiple walks daily) and gave them all the puppy love! I will request David to watch them every time moving forward. He is a great guy who cares about your animals like they are his own.”

“Mitchell is incredible. Not only was he super accommodating, with a fantastic home and environment for my puppy, but he was also consistently communicative, proactive, and most importantly amazing prepared and incredibly knowledgeable. From his overall demeanor and presence, to how he handles and treats not just my puppy but all the dogs he was caring for at the time, you can tell Mitchell knows what he’s doing and does it well. He was able to not just care for, but actually train and help cultivate an incredible environment for my puppy’s growth. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and he will be the only sitter I use moving forward after my first experience with him.”

“Richette was able to help out last minute and was great with Hailey. She sent regular updates and pictures, and Hailey was very well taken care of during the whole stay. I would highly recommend for anyone. Thank you, Richette!”

“Brooke and her family were wonderful! They communicated well, sent photos, and overall great hosts for Remy. Would definitely book again and recommend!”

“As always, Fanny is the best and the most gentle boarder for my baby boy! Love how much he enjoys going over there and enjoying some quality time with what he thinks is his second family.”

“I can’t say enough good things about David. We found him last minute after our sitter cancelled our Christmas stay. He was so nice and accommodating. David sent photos and updates multiple times a day and made us feel so good about leaving Dixie with him. I knew she was being well cared for and treated like part of the family!! I will definitely be using David again for boarding!!”
“Ashley and Kenney were terrific with Chuck during the holidays and even treated him with some Christmas gifts! I would never hesitate leaving Chuck with them again!”

“We love having Kayla watch our senior kitty, Oberon for us when we're away. She takes excellent care of him and with each visit he's been letting his personality show a little bit more, so we know he likes and trusts her too!”
“I had to fly in from Ohio to Pheonix for a business trip. Abby was amazing, she picked Singleton up from the airport, kept him overnight until late and returned him to me. She sent me pictures and updates and I felt comfortablethe whole time. I wish she lived in Ohio because I would use her everytime. You are amazing, amazing, amazing!”

“Jackie and her family treated my dog as their own. They were wonderful with him, giving him lots of personal attention and making him feel at home. Jackie was really good about updating me frequently, sending me pictures of how my dog was doing. I treat my dog as if he’s my child and I felt great about having him stay with Jackie and her wonderful family. When I picked my dog up I could tell he was treated well during his stay as he was the same happy go lucky dog that I dropped off. Really glad I chose Jackie to babysit. 5 star all the way! Thank you so much to you and your family Jackie!!!!”
“I highly recommend Blake as an attentive and loving pet caregiver! He watched my baby Marty during the we and everything went well. When we met Blake the first time , his dogs Remi and Honey started to play and that is very unusual for my dog . you can tell that Blake is a dog lover , while I was gone he sent me pictures and messages and I was very confident that he was taking good care of Marty THank you Blake I'll see you soon”

“Very good eith LaVysh. Loved how she kept in touch and sent pics. I think LaVysh enjoyed herself with the other dogs. She is still adjusting to getting back home and not being herself but that may be bc she has never been away from us at all and for days but she’s starting to get back to herself. Appreciated StacyAnn’s efforts and ability to work with us to pick her up due to an unexpected car issue we had.”

About: My husband and I had animals in our homes growing up. Currently we have a senior cat who keeps to herself. Our family would love to walk, feed, and care for your dog. We will provide lots of attention and cuddles. I am a stay at home mom, my husband works from home part-time, and our two daughters are homeschooled. We are able to be around the home often. We have a fenced in yard with lots of space to run and play. We will happily follow instructions for crating the dog when we are away from home. Our girls are home 3 days a week plus the weekends and are looking forward to helping to care for your dog.
“Monica was an A+ dog sitter for our girl Remi. We are always a little nervous when we leave her for more than one overnight and Monica had her for 5 days and we were never worried, our mind was at ease the whole time! Monica was always quick to respond, sent us daily updates, sometimes morning and night. I love that our dog is welcome in her home because Remi loves to snuggle and sleep on your pillow! Also, love the big backyard where she can run around leisurely and socialize with other friendly dogs. She was so wore out and content when we picked her up from all the playtime. I would highly recommend Monica, and can’t wait to book her again for our next outing!”

“Katherine and her family provided a very safe, comfortable and fun "home away from home" for our little Russ. They made it so easy to drop off and pick up. Russ was clearly eager to be there and very happy throughout his time. We especially appreciated the photos and reports they sent us every day. We hope to return to their special care soon with Russ.”

“Pamela took great care of my little girls while I was away. They loved playing in her backyard. I received daily photo updates of them and confirmation of them taking their medication.”

“Can’t say enough great things about Kellie! She was able to do a meet and greet on short notice before my trip. She did a wonderful job checking in on my senior cat and sent me photos each visit, which was so nice to see while away. The house was tidy, his box was clean and Genji was a super happy boy. Would rebook with Kellie and come very highly recommended!”

“Rosa is very helpful and took great care of our cats while we were out of town! She went above and beyond to help us and we hope she will be available for all our future needs!”

“Omg. This is my second review of Aaron, because she just keeps getting better! Not only did she take excellent care of my kitties, as usual, but she also took my recycling to her house (unsolicited), washed my comforter after one of my kitties got sick on it (and brought her own detergent, since I was out), AND she extended her pet sitting by a few visits without hesitation after I missed my flight home. Aaron, Me, Belle and Eames cannot thank you enough!”

“Lisa is very responsive, kind, and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond for my puppy. She has lots of experience with taking care of both elderly and sick dogs. I will be a recurring client!”

“Book her! Angela always does an amazing job with our kitties. Shes flexible, reliable, and quick to respond. My kitties definitely dont like everyone but they warmed up to her almost immediately. She makes a point to give them extra loving each time she visits. You wont be disappointed!”

“Madi watched our cat for 3 days while we were away, and we didn’t worry for a second despite booking within the week we needed a sitter. Instructions were followed and good communication! Thank you Madi!”

“Nicole did a great job looking after our kitties. She always arrived on time & paid attention to what each kitty needed. We’ll definitely continue to book with Nicole!”

“Iliana is an incredible sitter. Her updates and responsiveness, the photos and details of her visits, and her overall candor made it a breeze to trust her to watch my kitty. She actually spent time hanging out and comforting Binx while I was away, which was very much appreciated. She’s the best!”

“Lilliana took ✨amazing✨ care of my two kitties while I was away for a long weekend. First, she spent quality time with my cats - played with and cuddled them during each visit. She ensured their bowls were full and litter was clean. She kept me informed of their wellbeing with thoughtful notes and photos/videos each visit! She even cleaned a white rug that one of them puked on which I really appreciated. I would definitely rely on Lilliana for future cat care needs!”

“Matthea was so amazing, very professional and gave us an update every single day, and really went above and beyond spending time with our social kitty! We will definitely rebook her every time we need someone!”

“Anna was very easy to communicate with and did everything I needed her to! My cat is a very shy one but Anna was able to make sure her needs were met while I was out of town.”

“Taylor was so sweet and took great care of our cat while we were out of town for a long weekend. She also sent the best photos with her check-in updates, and we were able to enjoy our trip more knowing he was getting checked-in on, fed, had a clean litter box, and some play time. Thank you so much Taylor!”

“Best experience I’ve had leaving my babies! Karely is so professional and caring. I felt so assured that she was taking great care of my kitties and she sent the most amazing pictures! So so happy!”

“Kimberly did another wonderful job house sitting and taking care of our cat for an eight day stay. She sent great pictures during her stay along with thorough updates with how things were going at home. Can’t recommend her enough!”

About: Hi! 👋🏻 My name is Olivia, I’ve been with the Rover community for about 4 years now, but Happy Dog House Calls is where it all started. I joined the Rover community to meet new families who might need my pet sitting/house sitting services! I work with a wide variety of pets, not limited to just dogs and cats. I welcome most pets, including farm animals and complete farm care, as well as trained service animals. I'm more than happy to care for all of your furry or not so furry family members! I have a regular clientele of pets who have special needs, pets who experience anxiety or separation anxiety, some who are deaf or blind, others who are elderly, have injuries or health issues. These special needs sweethearts are always welcome on my schedule. My entire life I’ve had a passion for animals, so much so I’ve made it my career. I mean, who doesn’t want to spend all their time with animals!? I'm looking for opportunities to fulfill my passion, this is where you and your family come in! Upon scheduling, I will request a “Meet & Greet” at your home, which is required before any services are rendered. This gives your pet and I the opportunity to meet and get to know each other, this also lets your baby get familiar with my scent so I’m not a stranger entering your home. During this time we will go over your pets routine, any rules (whether they rule the house or you do, I’m here for it all), you can also show me around your home and go over any special instructions or medications. This is the ideal time to give me a key or code to enter (should we decide to work together). This visit is of course no charge. A little bit about each service: Walks- 30 min walk. Your choice of leisure walks with lots of sniffing and exploring (your dogs version of reading the morning news paper or as I call it, checking “Peemails”) or focused, brisk walks for exercise and winding down. Please have a leash and harness or collar, that fits correctly with no rips or tears. *Clients who are seeking my walking services, once the temperature reaches 84° I will not be available for walks, unless the morning or evening temp is at or under 84°, which I can walk with them then. The asphalt is too hot and heat stroke is a risk at that temperature. Exceptions are made for potty walks as long as there is shade. Drop-in Visits- 30 minute visit includes: Playtime, snuggles, feeding, medication administration, walking, potty breaks and treats. House sitting- 3 different options to choose from (please include which option will work best with your family in the initial booking request): Option 1. Overnight only- $150 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Arriving at your home around 9pm (8pm available) staying the night until around 6am the next morning. Includes plant watering, bringing in the mail, putting trash cans out and some other household duties. Option 2. Overnight with a mid day drop-in- $175 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of option 1, plus a drop-in visit midday for potty breaks, play and snuggles. Option 3. Daytime & Overnight stay- $250 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of options 1 & 2, plus coming and going throughout the rest of the day. *For Rover Holiday dates & puppy care, inquire about pricing ‼️Please include which house sitting option you’d like in your initial booking request‼️ I am available full time, early mornings, mid-days, late nights, even overnight stays, any length of stay, be it one day or 6 months long, this is my only job, allowing me to cater to you and your pets needs. I am willing to be as flexible as possible to make your time away from your pets 110% stress free for all of you. My availability is wide open, including most holidays (book early as these dates fill up fast) and some last minute requests. Same day bookings are available for walks and drop-ins, I typically require a 7 day notice for all bookings, but life can be unpredictable, so I offer same day bookings for an extra charge. Same day bookings are an additional $5. you will see this as an "Additional Charge" on your Rover invoice. ‼️THE ROVER APP HAS A GLITCH, THEIR CALENDAR FOR ME IS NOT CORRECT, PLEASE SEND A REQUEST EVEN IF IT SAYS THAT I AM UNAVAILABLE, AS I AM MOST LIKELY AVAILABLE‼️ I am also able to travel with you and your pet family for any vacation needs. I can drive your pets should flying not be an option. Please inquire further for this service. Safety always comes first. Absolutely trust that all of my attention will be on your pets for the entirety of the stay. This gives me the opportunity to give you a detailed update on your pets during our visit (I will write these updates during the visit, as well as taking pictures). Each visit I will send over the 4-6 photos I took of each pet as well as the detailed update I wrote. Your home as well as your pets, will be treated with the utmost respect, I will treat them like they are my own. I’m very cautious of making sure gates, pool gates and locks are always secured for your pet and homes safety. Speaking of safety, security cameras are not just acceptable, they are encouraged, for your piece of mind as well as in case of an emergency, typically I can be to your home within minutes if you see something concerning.
“Marina took great care of our puppy Boston for the day and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was communicative, attentive, and clearly very comfortable around dogs. Boston came home happy, tired, and well cared for — always a great sign. You can tell Marina genuinely enjoys spending time with the dogs she watches and gives them plenty of attention and activity. We really appreciated the peace of mind knowing Boston was in good hands. Would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend Marina to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter.”

About: We've had a variety of pets over the last 25+ years, including dogs, cats, chickens, lovebirds, fish, and tortoises! Right now we have two lively and snuggly pups, 4 years old, plus 2 cats that make themselves scarce when they don't want to hang out with the dogs. ;) We've been pet sitting regularly for friends and family for the last 7+ years. Meet & Greet - We require a brief meet & greet in our front yard before all bookings, to ensure your pet and our pets are a great fit. Thanks for understanding! IMPORTANT - We crate or corral visiting dogs when no one is home to supervise interactions. They must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them. Please only request stays for dogs that are well behaved, since we have a big family and plenty going on. All dogs must be friendly with other dogs and with children, and must not attack cats (our kids' cats generally stay out of the way, but some dogs are intent on hunting them down). ***Sorry, we don't take pit bulls or huskies. We had a bad experience with a pit, and one of our kids is very allergic to huskies.*** Fun Fact - We prioritize using non-toxic products for home and personal care. There are no chemical fragrances or toxic cleaners in our home, which could irritate your pet's skin or lungs. ***Please scroll down to see other important profile info. Thank you! :) *** I'm a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense instructor with a flexible schedule, so I'm home a lot (typically gone 2 - 4 hours a day for classes). We have a big family, so there is usually someone else home with the dogs if I'm away. All pups run free in the house when we're home. We have a block fence around our backyard, and a locked alley gate. Dogs are only allowed on beds/furniture when invited. The exception is a special chair that looks out to the street. It's a favorite perch! See pics under Ollie & Paisley's profiles. :) Even dogs that are used to being on the furniture tend to adjust quickly to these limitations when somewhere else. **For safety, we crate visiting dogs when no one is not home to supervise interactions, so they must already be crate trained so this feels comfortable and not stressful for them.**

About: I’ve had a dog most of the first 17 years of my life. My friends ask me to care for their dogs while they’re on vacation or traveling. I bathe dogs as needed, and take them for walks twice a day. I give them lots of love. Dogs really like me. I work from home, but occasionally step away for appointments. I prefer crate trained dogs for while I’m away but always reward them with treats when I get home! I have a comfy place. I take the dogs out for walks at least twice a day, often 3 or more times. And I make sure they have great care, anffection and attention! I have a comfortable home, yet do most of the dog walking in the grass near my condo, or with the permission of the owner, a dog park nearby.
About: Hello! My name is Jordan, and my gal's name is Marley (aka Moo Girl). Marley and I love going for walks, hikes, swims, and day trips. Marley is older and a bit slower these days, but we still enjoy daily activities. When I host pets, I typically match their activity level. As a therapist with no children, I love decompressing with animals and having a fur friend to take care of. When I am not working, I am typically outside, reading, crafting, hanging with loved ones, or loving on my dog! My schedule is not typical, so please read carefully before inquiring, and of course, feel free to ask questions! I am scheduled to work four ten-hour shifts, but am able to be flexible when necessary. Thursdays are my work-from-home days. M/Tu/W: I am in the office. Th: I work from home all day. F/Sa/Su: Off I am currently in a Mental Health Therapy Fellowship Program through a hospital, which allows for a structured routine. I like to make sure my dog gets at least one activity a day, typically a long walk, with multiple other trips outside. When I’m not working, I’m typically home or doing something that I can bring my dog to. We also hike and camp frequently! While we don't have a fenced-in yard, we live walking distance from a park, and I don't mind trips to the dog park. Your pet's well-being is of utmost importance to me, and I am committed to accommodating their specific needs based on your preferences.
“Craig is awesome! He is very communicative and my little Bailey seems to enjoy all of her walks with him. He also provides great feedback in the reports :) totally recommend him for all your dog walking needs!”

About: Thanks for considering me to care for your pet! As a current dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets. I grew up with dogs and cats, and I’ve provided pet sitting and dog walking for friends and family for years. We recently relocated from the Midwest, so I’m looking to make some new connections with pet families here in Phoenix! I have experience with dogs of different personalities and energy levels, including anxious dogs who need extra patience and attention. I always provide regular updates with lots of photos so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, including feeding routines and basic medications if needed, and I treat every home I enter with the utmost respect and care. I’m also very active and can provide long walks or runs for more active pups. I work from home full-time as a CPA, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide attentive, reliable care throughout the day. For house sitting, I provide in-home daytime and evening care tailored to your pet’s routine. I typically do not stay overnight in clients’ homes, so we can work together to plan a schedule that best fits your pet’s needs. When caring for pets in other people’s homes, I prioritize safety, clear communication, and respect for your space. I always make sure doors, gates, and entry points are properly secured when entering and leaving so your pets stay safe at all times. I treat your home with care and respect, keeping things clean and tidy and making sure everything is left better than I found it.
“Sunny is great—my dogs take a while to warm up to people and she was patient and had new ideas to try! Very grateful for her, and would recommend!”

About: Hello Pet Parents, My name is Sydney and I hope to meet and care for your four legged friends. I have had both cats and dogs my entire life, with the occasional turtle, hamster, and fish. Growing up I had a variety of breeds that I took care of: lab/retriever mix, cocker spaniel/poodle, German Shepherd and an endearing mutt! Currently, my two fur babies, dogs are Chihuahua-Minature Pinsher mixed and my 2 cats are rescues. As an adult I have taken care of breeds such as: Weimaraners, King Charles, and a Staffordshire Terrier. I find joy in bonding with animals and learning about what makes them special. My pets are a part of my family. I enjoy playing with, cuddling, and walking not only my own pets, but also those of my friends and family, for whom I also have done overnight house/pet sitting regularly for a number of years. I am fairly new to pet sitting professionally, but I believe that the best jobs are those that you love, and I love animals! I will give you daily updates, pictures and/or videos. I will feed them according to their schedule. I can hide pills in their treats. I will also take care of basic house sitting duties. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your babies. I am currently working part-time and my schedule is flexible so I am sure I can make your schedule work and meet your pets needs. I enjoy coming to my clients homes where their pets feel the most comfortable. While on a walk I am alert and notice when another dog is coming down the street. When possible I will just cross the road. If not I will be calm and use a sweet voice when the dogs meet. If the owner would prefer I can lead them just off the pathway and stand in front of them, speaking calmly while the other pet passes.
“Anna has been coming by for check ins and walks for several months now. She ensures that my dog gets some good quality time during the day and she worked in getting my shy dog comfortable taking longer walks around the neighborhood when the weather is nice!”

I have had the pleasure of living with and taking care of both cats and dogs throughout my adult life in addition to growing up with an Australian Shepherd. My partner and I have an adorable orange cat named Rambo. I also lived with a friend who had a chocolate lab named Rio who was (and still is) my pride and joy. I loved taking him on walks and playing with him at home, and love watching him when my friend is out of town. With my experience taking care of so many pets, I am very excited to take care of yours while you're away. :) I live in Arcadia and work in office for a nonprofit that caters to the veterinary community in Uptown. I WFH on Wednesdays. In my free time, I practice yoga, enjoy time with friends, longboard or hike/camp. While living in Mexico, my host family lovingly owned four dogs and two cats. My roommates over the years as I've moved throughout the US have had Great Danes, Labradors and a few adorable cats too. I also frequently watch my friends' pets while they're away! So, I am well versed in taking care of both cats and dogs and am more than happy to take care of yours while you're away :) For drop in's: I can feed your pets or make sure they have plenty of food and water. We can snuggle, play tug-of-war or throw the ball around. For walks: I can walk them around the neighborhood or wherever their favorite places are. In the summer, we can stick to grassy areas because the asphalt is sometimes too hot. I'm excited to meet you and your pets :) I work full time (9:00am to 4:30pm) in an office in the Uptown neighborhood. I do work from home on Wednesdays. I have a little bit of flexibility during my days to take care of pets. For drop in's: I can feed your pets or make sure they have plenty of food and water.

“Our dog Rainer enjoyed his stay with Meg and Paulo. They were great helping him ease his anxiety the first day and he had lots of fun socializing with their pups the rest of the stay. We would book with Meg and Paulo again”

“Ollie loved his time with Dawn and Andrew! It was probably the best week of his life actually. They sent pictures and videos daily, and took care of him as if he was their own. Highly recommend.”

“Christian and Hana were very nice and took great care of my dog Oreo! I got daily updates and photos about how he was doing. They gave him lots of attention and he seemed very happy when I picked him up.”

“Good communication. Enjoyed the meet and greet beforehand. We had friends drop off and pick up and it all went smoothly. The dogs were happy and healthy (and tired from all the playing!) when picked up.”

“Erin and Mark took great care of Bailey. Erin sent photos throughout Baileys stay. Bailey came home a tired pup, indicating she had a blast. I will be booking with them again! Thanks Erin & Mark!”
