Sydney was fantastic. Our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for when we got home, and Sydney went above and beyond by leaving the house even cleaner than we left it. We also realized at the last minute that we had mixed up our travel dates and needed her to stay an extra night. Rhiannon was amazing with our animals and treated them like her own. She administered meds to our cat with no issues, was very communicative and sent great updates. Our cat ended up not feeling great toward the end of her visit. She knew what to look for, noticed signs that things were off, and let us know immediately. Hannah kept us updated the whole trip with pictures on Benny! She was very accommodating; she came over for a meet and greet visit before the stay and then also was able to stay an extra night when our plans changed last minute. She also left the house looking very nice. Would recommend!!
Tameka is wonderful, she stayed in great communication with us and kept us informed of how our dogs were doing. Eleanor was sick and required a new medication while we were gone. Tameka was able to effectively administer the medication and continue to let us know Eleanor’s progress. When Eleanor had an accident in the kennel, Tameka meticulously, clean the kennel, cleaned Eleanor and offered her compassion and love. We are so very grateful.
Brianna took such great care of Charlotte this weekend! She was incredibly accommodating by coming to our apartment and even bringing Rolo so Charlotte could spend time with a friend. Communication was quick and easy throughout the stay, and she left everything clean and tidy. Most importantly, I know she gave my baby girl Charlotte lots of love and attention.
