He was comfortable with Markie right away during our meet and greet, so that put me at ease. While we were away we received pictures and detailed updates daily. Nicole was great! She was very friendly and attentive during our meet and greet, even with both of my kids being loud and distractive. She sent photos every day which my toddler loved and our animals were well taken care of. My dog has to have a few pills and can be difficult, Nicole was able to get her to take them so my mind was at ease. Nicole left our house in great shape as well which is very appreciated!
My 2 senior pups seemed to enjoy their time with Laura. She seemed to understand them even though they don't adjust very easily to new situations very easily. I felt confident that they were in good hands while I was away. She sent updates and pictures periodically so I was able to feel connected while I was away. She did a good job dealing with them.

Emily is terrific! We were gone for 2 weeks & felt so at ease knowing our dogs were in good hands. She walked our younger pup every morning (despite the heat) because he has a lot of energy to burn, sent regular photos of the doggos snuggling, and left our house so clean. This was the first time Ariana watched my dog Libby. She took care of Libby in my home. I was so impressed with Ariana‘s great communication, care provided to Libby, and how much she respected my home by leaving it just like I left it. While she was staying at my house, we got a bad storm, and my neighbors tree branch fell on my roof. Ariana took great pictures and informed me right away of what was going on.
