As a teenager I volunteered at the Humane Society and learned humane training techniques and how to safely interpret dog behaviors. I mostly work from home (in the office on Thursdays only), so your dog will have company while you are away. I will provide walks, play, snuggles, and can also provide grooming and administer medicine. A final note! Puppies bring an extra special joy with them don't they? Puppies are a welcome blessing in our house! The cuteness is worth the messes :) please don't hesitate to reach out if you are in need of a puppy sitter! I have a fenced (cinderblock wall) yard (5.5 feet high), and work from home, so he/she can go outside to go potty any time. I have a pen and baby gates to use inside for puppies who are potty training. I work from home and provide lots of company and exercise for our guest dogs and they always seem happy and secure. About: Hi friends! My name is Lyn and I have owned pets all my life, in fact, my house doesn’t feel like a home without them! I grew up on a farm where we had dogs, cats, horses, goats, llamas, alpacas, emu, geese, chickens, donkeys, Guinea hen, Guinea pigs, ferrets, and a partridge in a pear tree;) I was in 4-H throughout my youth and gained valuable skills caring for animals from goats to horses. I was a private banker for 12 years and became a stay at home mom almost a year ago. Recently I fostered a litter of 7 puppies from the time they were one week old until they left at 8 weeks old. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and love having them around. There is nothing like the unconditional love of a dog! People say I’m the dog whisperer because they just seem to like me. I’m retired so I’m home. I do puzzles and reading and I really enjoy the company of dogs, walking them helps me get my steps in. I can take care of feeding and walking dogs. I do live in an apt and walk my dog 4 times a day, so they would get plenty of exercise and lots of hugs!

My sweet Penny was a senior rescue who had dental and physical issues but became so happy and healthy and went on to live a long and happy life. First of all, my mom abandoned me (rude) to go to “work” (whatever that is), but THEN… plot twist… I met Capone. Capone = 12/10 good boy. We played. We zoomed. We possibly solved several world problems. He let me be the boss sometimes (as he should), and I allowed him the honor of chasing me around like a maniac. It was a very balanced, professional friendship. At one point, I almost forgot I had been tragically left behind. Almost. To my mom: I will forgive you… eventually. To Capone: I love you, you chaotic legend. Please schedule more playdates immediately. Geneva is great with my puppy. Every time we get to their house Lady can’t wait to go in and play with her dog Apollo. She’s great at communicating with me sending lots of pictures to me throughout the day. Lady always comes back very happy and a little tired from all the fun she’s having.
