Kelli took such great care of our two pups. At only 8 months old they’re a handful but Kelli gave them plenty of snuggles and let them run and play and enjoy their own puppy vacation. Giovanna and Michael ARE AMAZING! They provided multiple updates throughout the day with pictures and videos. My dogs fell in love immediately and Giovanna and Mike were very understanding of any weird quirks/ behaviors. One of my dogs had a health scare a few days before we left for our trip and they took amazing care of him. I would highly highly highly recommend using them, I have no complaints. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Everything went smoothly, far better than I even expected as I am a first time Rover user. Brianne showed her sincere and experienced doggie care for our "Buddy" in all regards, was a great communicator. We worked together well for flexibility in scheduling and doggie needs as situations arose. Highly recommend her and I would definitely use her services again.

Joseph and Allison have been an absolute lifesaver for me. I book daycare, dog walks, and boarding with them regularly, and they consistently go above and beyond. My job often involves extra-long days, last-minute schedule changes, and overnight travel, and they’ve always been incredibly flexible, communicative, and reliable. They keep me updated on availability, send thoughtful updates while my pup is with them, and genuinely care about the dogs they watch. One example that really stood out: I dropped my dog off and mentioned that she had recently gotten blisters on her paws, so I asked them to keep an eye out in case she started licking them. Joey immediately offered to apply ointment they already had on hand and even sent me a picture of the ointment first to make sure I was comfortable with it. That level of attentiveness and care meant so much to me. They also do so many thoughtful little things that make the experience extra special — the sweetest Christmas card, occasional treats and handwritten notes at pickup, and adorable photos of my pup that Allie has captured over time. Some of them are genuinely my favorite pictures of her. Joseph and Allison are truly special people, and I feel so lucky to have found someone in the area I trust completely with my fur baby. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

During one of her stays, Lyla needed an emergency vet visit (unrelated to her stay!) & Danica & Cody were on it to make sure she got what she needed.
