When Amiri sees her or her husband, she gets so happy when I get videos I can tell by the videos how happy she is and how well taken care of she is.. there have been so many times where I needed a place for amiri to go last minute and without hesitation, they always accept my booking if I had 10 stars to give them but too bad there's only five but thank you for sure. My dog Ruby has separation anxiety, and this was my first time leaving her with someone new, so I was nervous. But from drop-off to pick-up, everything went seamlessly. Ruby is usually a stage five clinger, but she went with Emma immediately without even looking back, which was both surprising and reassuring. Emma communicated throughout the stay, sending updates and pictures that really put my mind at ease. I ended up picking Ruby up early with little notice, and Emma was incredibly accommodating. Ruby came out happy and relaxed, tail wagging. It’s clear Emma truly cares about the dogs she watches. I will absolutely use her again and recommend her without hesitation.”

This was our first time with Jessica & she was very nice and professional! She kept me updated throughout Maxx’s stay with pictures and messages every 2–3 days, and whenever I reached out for an update, she was always very responsive. We didn’t know she had a tortoise until we dropped Maxx off, which I didn’t mind at all as long as she was comfortable with how he responded to it. It’s been almost a week since Maxx has been back home, and he seems to be acting completely normal despite the change in environment, which is great! Thank you, Jessica, for taking such good care of Maxx while we were out of town. I really appreciate the updates and knowing he was in good hands. I hope you’ll be able to sit Maxx again in the future, despite his new obsession with your tortoise! 😂🐢
We've only left our furball with a close friend before. This was our first try through Rover, and a test for a longer stay next month. Our 10 yr old Schnauzer did fine, and according to Jennifer, made herself at home. The house is dog ready! Jennifer is warm and caring. She is is communicative and timely- even to this anxious dog mama, who had to check up a few times. We are already scheduled for our next long stay next month.
Tony and Irene were great with the dogs. Kona and Sushi were very calm when we picked them up, which has not always been the case with other sitters. It sounds like they fit right into a good routine with them. We already have another trip planned and Sushi and Kona will get another vacation with Tony and Irene.
My dog, Tita, stayed with Jessika for 7 nights while I attended a conference for work. The experience for Tita was outstanding! Since she was rescued from a shelter 2 years ago, I had not found a situation where I felt comfortable and confident that Tita would do well. Jessika is a caring and sensitive dog sitter whom Tita took to from the initial pre-sitting visit. Having a dog door like we have at home was a plus. I received lots of photos and updates.
