First time user and my husband and I were a bit skeptical of how everything would go, but after meeting Emma and her little ones we were set at ease. Big house, yard, and so much TLC ❤️. Left our big baby with Emma for 10 days for my husband's military retirement. Though we were worried, Emma always made sure to keep us updated on how things were going with texts and pictures of our baby. I greatly appreciated her communication! She really took care of our baby girl and made her feel at home and she got along with everyone including her children and other dogs! “Keith and his family were WONDERFUL with our little puppy! We were gone for close to a week, it was the first time we have ever let him out of our sight. We were very nervous but they were amazing with respecting meal times and assuring that there would be lots of stimulation! Or puppy is a chihuahua, so at home he had a ton of hectic energy and after leaving Keith’s house he was sooo exhausted! Keith updated us every day about his positive behavior and his energy as well as eating habits so that we felt better about not only stimulation but his health as well. I can’t recommend Lisa enough, she was the best! From meeting her she was very patient with introduction to my dog, and from then on never stopped attending to her needs. (Walks, patience, effort, love etc.) I easily felt comfortable with her taking care of my dog she was very sweet. I will be returning with her again :)
Letty was so amazing with our boys for the weekend. She communicated promptly and sent photo updates throughout the time. Richard is an exceptional caregiver. My two mutts LOVED their time away from mum and it showed in their affection for Richard when I returned to bring them back home. Richard is responsive and prompt with communication, and he was willing to accommodate our normal feeding and outdoor schedules. We received lots of photos and some video. Rio and Beau settled in quickly and always looked relaxed and content. I've been a Rover client for many caregivers across the country because my husband and I travel for work.
