“Jaclyn & William are amazing! We needed to find a sitter for our deaf dog Colby and Jaclyn and William were available for a meet and greet on short notice. Everything felt right from the beginning and Colby felt right at home. Luckily they had some experience with deaf dogs, and sent regular pictures of our little guy having a great time while on our family trip. We would absolutely recommend connecting with Jaclyn & William if you need care for your furry family member.”

“Jasmine was amazing with our cats while we were gone last week! She even gave them their own quiet room away from other pets, which was perfect for my senior cat who gets stressed easily. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Queen Creek
Great sitters! They were friendly, communicative, and sent photos and updates throughout our dogs’ stay, including letting us know when they had settled in after drop-off. Pickup was seamless, and having everything ready to go was a huge relief after travel delays and a rushed trip home. We really appreciated the care they provided and would happily book with them again.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of Bruno! As first time puppy parents, we were definitely a little nervous, but you made the entire experience completely stress free. We loved receiving updates and knowing he was in such good hands. It was clear that he was well cared for, loved, and comfortable while we were away. We truly appreciate everything you did and wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again. Thank you for treating Bruno like one of your own!

We had a wonderful experience with Pradnya & Rohan while they cared for Goldie. They kept me updated with pictures and messages every day, making us feel completely at ease. Goldie was well cared for, happy, and loved, and it was clear she enjoyed her stay. When we picked her up, she looked amazing and had obviously been treated like family. We are so grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

This was our little chihuahua, Camis 2nd stay. She is 15 1/2yo and Lisa and her family are so good to her. They take her on a walk and when tired they carry her. I know she's in great hands with them and treat her as their own. I won't trust anyone else with my little old lady.

Kobe had a wonderful overnight stay with Sarah D and her sweet dog Ellie! Everything was absolutely awesome from start to finish. Sarah was patient, kind, and very understanding, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her home is warm and welcoming, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for safe playtime and exploring. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she watches. Kobe came home happy and relaxed—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We would absolutely trust Sarah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter.

Maria and Alejandro took amazing care of our dog, Teddy. They were very flexible with pickup/drop off times and provided timely updates and pictures throughout our dogs stay. We will be using them in the future and highly recommend Maria and Alejandro to anyone else needing dog sitters

Erin took care of my 7 months pet very well. He had a very good time with every one in Erin’s family. Erin’s patience in communicating and hearing all our pet needs is great. We felt relaxed while away from Surya. She really missed him. I’m for sure going back with her next time. Thanks Erin!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
