Richard is an exceptional caregiver. My two mutts LOVED their time away from mum and it showed in their affection for Richard when I returned to bring them back home. Richard is responsive and prompt with communication, and he was willing to accommodate our normal feeding and outdoor schedules. We received lots of photos and some video. Rio and Beau settled in quickly and always looked relaxed and content. I've been a Rover client for many caregivers across the country because my husband and I travel for work.
