Unlike some other sitters we’ve tried who watch 10–20 dogs at a time and keep them in kennels, Lisa truly focuses on each dog’s wellbeing. Her home was also neat, clean, and comfortable, which gave us so much peace of mind. From the meet-and-greet, we could immediately tell how much she cares, both about her own dogs and about making sure they get along well with visiting pups. We boarded our 8-month-old puppy, who can be a handful and still makes little mistakes, but Lisa was so patient, understanding, and gentle with her. Communication was fantastic. We never had to wait or ask repeatedly for updates. Lisa sent prompt messages and plenty of pictures, which made us feel connected and reassured the whole time. Her three kids were also wonderful. Kind, loving, and respectful toward our pup. It’s clear this whole family loves animals, and we really appreciated the warmth and support they gave our little girl. Richard is an exceptional caregiver. My two mutts LOVED their time away from mum and it showed in their affection for Richard when I returned to bring them back home. Richard is responsive and prompt with communication, and he was willing to accommodate our normal feeding and outdoor schedules. We received lots of photos and some video. Rio and Beau settled in quickly and always looked relaxed and content. I've been a Rover client for many caregivers across the country because my husband and I travel for work.
