“I have to admit I was a bit anxious meeting someone that was going to care for my dogs in a Chevron parking lot. DJ quickly put all those anxieties at ease when I met him. He is very kind and knowlegeable about dogs. He consistently responded to my inquiries on how my pups were doing almost immediately. He spoiled them with a bath and also took them on a field trip to Petsmart to pick out a treat. My dogs are big (rottie & lab) and I would never attempt such a feat on my own. Richard is an exceptional caregiver. My two mutts LOVED their time away from mum and it showed in their affection for Richard when I returned to bring them back home. Richard is responsive and prompt with communication, and he was willing to accommodate our normal feeding and outdoor schedules. We received lots of photos and some video. Rio and Beau settled in quickly and always looked relaxed and content. I've been a Rover client for many caregivers across the country because my husband and I travel for work. This was our little chihuahua, Camis 2nd stay. She is 15 1/2yo and Lisa and her family are so good to her. They take her on a walk and when tired they carry her. I know she's in great hands with them and treat her as their own. I won't trust anyone else with my little old lady.
