“Christanna is an amazing person who has the perfect heart for caring for dogs! I know my pup can be a lot, and I ran into a few car issues coming back from my trip, she was very understanding! She communicated in a clear, timely, and well-spoken manner. Fantus was extremely happy and I could tell he felt at home with her. She has a pretty big back yard too, so if your dog needs that, she's the one! To emphasize the feeling at home point, he usually doesn't eat well when he is in a new location and he had no issue eating for her. About: I have shared our lives with dogs for as long as we can remember, from a pug to a beagle to a German Shepherd. Over the years I’ve cared for puppies, seniors, anxious dogs, and high-energy dogs, so I know every dog needs something a little different. I am confident with commands and leash manners, and I have a couple of beta fish at home, so there are no other pets for guests to compete with. Although I am brand new to Rover, dogs have always been part of my family, and I am excited to give other families’ dogs the same love and attention. I work from home and tend to be homebodies, so your dog will have company all day. My day runs from about 6am to 10pm, and I am a light sleepers, so I can easily take a dog out at night if needed. Every dog gets a walk in the morning and again in the evening, plus plenty of playtime, cuddles, and sniffing time in between. My schedule is very flexible, so I can work around early drop-offs, late pick-ups, and holidays. Safety comes first at my home. My 1-acre lot is fully enclosed by a 6-foot block fence with a locking gate, so there’s plenty of room to roam and sniff. My pool has its own separate fence, so dogs can’t reach it. Before a stay, I like to do a meet-and-greet and walk your dog around the house so they can explore and feel comfortable. Dogs can sleep in bed with me or in a safe, secure space, whichever helps them settle best. All play is supervised, and my kids, ages 11 and 9, love animals and are gentle and respectful. In the summer heat, dogs are never left alone outside, and we have plenty of shade and fresh water. I’ll keep you updated with photos, texts, and daily updates so you always know how your pup is doing.

Jacklyn did an Amazing job watching our dogs while out for the day with guests. We had been having issues with our dogs barking at guests and she was able to help them tremendously so that they didn't bark at them for the remainder of their stay.
