Jenna went above and beyond for our 9 month old puppy! From the beginning of the process to picking our buddy up, Jenna was detail-oriented, caring, and communicative. She made sure she completely understood his routine so he would feel as comfortable as possible while we were away, and she even worked on some training with him while he was there. We loved getting pictures and videos of him throughout his stay, and it was so sweet seeing how close he and Bailey became! We truly felt like we left Dunk in the best hands and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend Jenna to anyone and will definitely be reaching out to her again!
Wonderful pet sitter. She took care of both my cat and dog at the same time. Both of my animals are shy and she knew exactly how to handle a rescue dog who needed time to warm up and a cat who needed a calm environment. She made sure my dog was exercised and sent plenty of updates. Would book again!
We are very happy with the care provided by the Woofpack team for our week-long trip. This was the first time boarding our pup Tilly has been boarded, so we were apprehensive about how it would go. We are happy to report that it went great! The team communicated regularly, assuring us Tilly was doing well, and sent many pictures showing her in playful action. Accepted a last minute booking ahead of our trip. Handled both our dogs with care and sent pictures and videos often so we knew they were okay. It was amazing to have peace of mind during our trip.
