I’m extremely thankful for finding Jackie while visiting Arizona for a conference. Jackie eased my worries and my two dogs felt at home with her and her sweet dog Bella. Jackie provided me daily updates with photos and texts which eased my anxieties. She also provided my dog with her medication and supplements to her food. They stayed with her for four days and when I picked them up, I felt a little jealous because they didn’t seem to want to leave. We did a pre meet up and when I went to drop him off on he actual weekend, he ran right up to the door excited. I got frequent updates on how he was doing and pick was flexible after a flight delay! Our dog is not food motivated and she would add a couple drops of broth to his bowl to make sure he got some food. I appreciate the extra attention to his care! About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and grew up surrounded by dogs, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. Before becoming a travel nurse, I was an active Rover sitter for several years and absolutely loved getting to know each dog and their unique personality. About: Hi, it's nice to meet you! I have been raising dogs from puppyhood for the last 12 years, and I LOVE animals. My friends consider me the "dog whisperer" because I tend to be able to connect with even the most stubborn of dogs. I have raised all different sizes and activity levels including Australian Shepherds (I have one now!), Huskies, Dalmatians, German Shepherds, etc. I work from home and my job is flexible, so it is no problem for me to care for your dog and give them lots of love and attention all throughout the day. I have raised all of these from puppyhood, so I am well versed. We have dogs beds all throughout our house, so there are plenty of comfortable places for them to lay too. I work from home full-time, but my job is very flexible and I have essentially raised from puppyhood and had two dogs my whole career. I take lots of breaks to stretch my legs, and go for lots of walks and am very active. I currently have one miniature Australian Shepherd who is 10 years old and easy to get along with. She mostly keeps to herself and is not particularly social, but is very friendly. She typically sleeps/lives outside of a crate, but she was crate trained and I have crate trained all of my dogs. I recently lost a German Shepherd who loved his crate and slept there in the evenings, but I’ve also babysat/hosted many dogs who don't sleep in crates. I'm open to any situation, so long as they are well-behaved, but I'd ask that if they don't do well when you're away to stick to crates! I have baby gates and an easy layout to our house, so very easy to keep them in the living room and make sure they don't get into anything. My yard is fenced with real grass for them to play on in the back. The home is very peaceful and quiet during the day, so I've tended to find that all the dogs we babysit find it relaxing and nap throughout the day with plenty of breaks for potty and attention.

I have experience with potty training, maintaining routines, and recognizing pet body language, especially with reactive or nervous dogs around people, animals, or bikes. I always prioritize safety on walks and in new environments. I’m comfortable handling vet visits calmly and responsibly, and I understand how important trust and communication are when caring for someone’s pet. My goal is always to make pets feel loved, secure, and well cared for while their owners are away. work a hybrid schedule (2 days working from home, 3 days in office), which gives me flexibility for pet care. On my work-from-home days, I’m available for mid-day walks in addition to morning and evening care. On office days, I can provide early morning walks, evening walks, and overnight care. I also have availability on weekends depending on my schedule. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment with a small private patio. There are several safe walking options nearby, including a park directly across the street for daily walks and outdoor time. A local dog park is also just a few blocks away and can be accessed by car if permitted by the owner. About: We are a military family with 2 young boys and our 2 furry felines! We've watched lots of pets for military friends while staioned in Spain and Japan since we all traveled alot! I also did Rover boarding and walking while we were stationed in MD for 3 years! Now I'm in Scottsdale while my son attends ASU and my husband goes on deployment in Japan! I'm available for drop in visits and dog walking. I work from home part time so I'm free every day from 8:30am- 3pm for walks. Possibly evening if close by. Can't wait to meet your fur baby! I'm a stay at home mom with 2 older boys so I'm free daily from 830- 330pm for drop in visits with cats or dogs. Also available for 30 min or 1 hour walks. During a drop in visits I will play with your pet if they want to play or just snuggle if they are snuggly. Check water bowls, refill, and feed if instructed to.
