“I was super nervous about leaving my dog Gigi with a sitter as she has crazy separation anxiety, but I am confident I made the right choice by leaving her with Kim. She sent me photos throughout G’s stay, as well as provided updates on what she was doing. Gigi was nervous at first, but Kim made her feel safe and comfortable enough to play with the other dogs and cuddle up with her on the couch. Gigi even whined in the car as we drove away after picking her up! Thank you so much Kim, I can tell you really love dogs and they definitely really love you! I’m so grateful to have somewhere that I can drop my dog off at and know she’s cared for and feels safe. ?”

“Ezra took wonderful care of our pups. We were traveling and he was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Communicating with him was easy and he always responded quickly and was very accommodating. He was friendly, professional and the space was clean and cool for them. He even went the extra mile to clean their bedding. We would highly recommend.”

“Our experience woth Pamela was amazing! We were beyond nervous leaving our Barkley but she made the process easy. We did a pre meet up and when I went to drop him off on he actual weekend, he ran right up to the door excited. I got frequent updates on how he was doing and pick was flexible after a flight delay! Our dog is not food motivated and she would add a couple drops of broth to his bowl to make sure he got some food. I appreciate the extra attention to his care! We will def use Pamela again for future sitting.”

“Kelly took care of Aiko for the second time and she was great! Aiko really seemed to enjoy her stay. I'm so glad we found her, she's super reliable. Aiko can be a little shy, but she warmed right up to Kelly. It gives me such peace of mind knowing Aiko is in good hands. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a pet sitter. We'll definitely be booking her again. Thanks again Kelly!”

“Mike took good care of our Chunky Boy! He was communicative, friendly, and flexible. I think Chunks especially enjoyed exploring the great outdoor space with lots of room to run and play fetch. Will definitely be using Mike’s services in the future! Thank you :)”

“Our first time using a pet sitter for our 18 month old female GSD and the experience could not have been better, for us or our pup! Right from the meet and greet, Christian and Hana calmed any worries we had and left us with great confidence that our pup would be taken care of. Hana provided updates with photos throughout her stay, and we were able to enjoy ourselves knowing she was in great hands. We will definitely be using Christian and Hana again and are very grateful to have found them!”

“Eric was amazing to work with! I was truly impressed with his effort to show how he cared for our fur baby during our vacation and how he took the time to always keep us updated. Our girl is a spunky energy bunny who does not understand her weight or strength and Eric did amazing with her! I highly recommend his services and will absolutely be a return customer in the future.”

“Marina is such a dog lover! She is so caring and great with dogs. She gives them so much attention and love. I really appreciated her daily updates (sometimes multiple a day). Her backyard is huge and a great place for dogs to run around. I love that she has other dogs she takes care of at the same time, so my dog gets plenty of interaction and keeps him busy. Gambit enjoyed his stay! Thank you, Marina!!”

“Jenna went above and beyond for our 9 month old puppy! From the beginning of the process to picking our buddy up, Jenna was detail-oriented, caring, and communicative. She made sure she completely understood his routine so he would feel as comfortable as possible while we were away, and she even worked on some training with him while he was there. We loved getting pictures and videos of him throughout his stay, and it was so sweet seeing how close he and Bailey became! We truly felt like we left Dunk in the best hands and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely recommend Jenna to anyone and will definitely be reaching out to her again!”

“This was the first time I did boarding with Chandra. I could tall from the pictures that she was happy and had a good time. Cindy sent updates and pictures. This was a great experience for me and for Chandra. I recommend Cindy 110%. She is awesome!”

Eric is caring and loving dog sitter. He took great care of my dog by having much playtime, cuddling, morning/night walks and even on night with thunder. He is also a great communicator who gave us frequent updates with lots of pictures and videos. We could rest assured that our dog is genuinely loved from thousands of miles away. We would definitely repeat. Thank you Eric!

Jenna is an exceptional dog sitter!! Our dog attended ‘Camp Jenna’ for four nights. She was so well loved and cared for…far beyond any expectations! The daily pawgress reports and sweet pictures were so fun to receive. Her dog is super sweet too and the pups got along wonderfully. I can’t say enough good about Jenna—she will be our go-to dog sitter! Thank you Jenna! 🤗

Wonderful pet sitter. She took care of both my cat and dog at the same time. Both of my animals are shy and she knew exactly how to handle a rescue dog who needed time to warm up and a cat who needed a calm environment. She made sure my dog was exercised and sent plenty of updates. Would book again!

Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
