“Gregory was wonderful. He asked questions about Oliver’s care really wanting to be the best care giver for him. Everyday we got at least two updates with pictures that we loved. Ollie is a rescue and can be unpredictable at times, refusing to eat, mark his territory and bark at dogs outside. Even with those inconveniences Gregory understood, letting me know but without judgment. We were so thankful. We look forward to having Olive watched by Gregory in the future if available. The true test came when Ollie had to decide to stay with me or go back with Gregory. You guessed it, he tried to follow Gregory 😂”

“Bob and his wife were fantastic. My husband and I unexpectedly had to drive down from San Francisco to New Mexico for a family emergency. I ended up needing to get a flight from Phoenix to NM while my husband continued the drive alone and we needed a sitter for Mel for a few hours on a Wednesday evening while my husband and I recharged, ate, and met with some family in Scottsdale. Bob immediately replied to my extremely last minute request and within 20 mins I had already received their address and Mel was dropped off. As if that wasn't spectacular enough on their end, Mel had a fantastic time, I received many pictures and we had Bob and his wife watch Mel again on our road trip back. Bob was so flexible with the drop off and pick up times, I was not feeling well the morning we were supposed to pick up Mel and needed to delay the pick up time from 9am-12pm and this was no problem whatsoever. Mel had an amazing time, we felt at ease knowing she was in good hands in a beautiful home with a great yard and the flexibility and quick responses made this the best experience we have ever had on Rover!”
