I am a dog person through and through. I live in the McDowell Mountain Ranch/Horizon/DC Ranch Area. When you select me to care for your dog you will have a peace of mind that they will be treated as a member of the family during the stay. Your pet will always have our undivided attention. I feel a special connection with every pet we care for. I will follow your pet's usual routine as closely as possible including feeding schedule, playtime and walks. I enjoy staying active with your pet.

Shelly and Burt couldn’t be nicer people! They took such great care of our animals while we were out of town. They got up early extra early to take our dog on a long walk every morning before it got hot outside. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip by 2 days due to a family health emergency and Shelly and Burt stepped up to the plate no questions asked. They even left flowers for us which was an amazing surprise after a really tough trip.
Shelly and Burt were so amazing with Rocky. We were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he was in such good hands. They took care of him like he was their own, and sent us pictures every day. So grateful to meet such wonderful people! Thank you!!
Shelly and Burt were so loving and caring with our sweet Winston. He is 11 years old and has never been left overnight with a sitter let alone for 4 nights. So, we were very anxious about letting anyone take care of him. After our meet and greet I knew Shelly and Burt were going to be wonderful as they had their own small, senior dog until he was 15 years old and I could tell that they loved him so much and still missed him. So, I knew they would be really gentle and caring with Winston as a senior dog and they were. They sent me just the right amount of photos during the day up until bedtime so that I could see Winston was doing well. And, when we got home Winston was in absolutely beautiful shape both emotionally and physically as so clear he had been loved on the whole time. Finally, they were great about following Winston's walking, feeding schedule, etc. so he was not in any way off track when we got back. I am so relieved to know that we can go away without any worries if Shelly and Burt are caring for Winston as he really took to their warmth and gentleness. Thank you again, Shelly and Burt!
We couldn’t be happier with the care Grumpy received! He usually has a hard time adjusting to a new environment when we’re out of town, but this time he settled in immediately, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear he felt comfortable and well cared for right away. We especially appreciated receiving daily pictures of Grumpy—they made us smile and reassured us that he was happy and thriving. Truly great pet sitters who went above and beyond, and we would absolutely trust them with Grumpy again!
Best of the best!! Oliver loved staying with Burton and Shelly and I felt so good about leaving him in their care!!

Schedule
I currently work full time in the medical field. I work in the scottsdale area. I am very active and enjoy walking and I only work a short distance from home and would be able to come home during the day to visit your pet.

I do not have yard. However, I can assure you that your pet will feel loved and get the exercise and attention they need while staying with me. They will be loved as if they were a family member. My west highland terrier of 15 years just recently went to the rainbow bridge he was a hugh part of my life. He has been with me since he was 8 weeks old.
A typical day
I will exercise your pet by walking and playing fetch. Making sure they enjoy time outside when possible. Your pet will be the main focus when in my care.
