Wonderful pet sitter. She took care of both my cat and dog at the same time. Both of my animals are shy and she knew exactly how to handle a rescue dog who needed time to warm up and a cat who needed a calm environment. She made sure my dog was exercised and sent plenty of updates. Would book again!
We are very happy with the care provided by the Woofpack team for our week-long trip. This was the first time boarding our pup Tilly has been boarded, so we were apprehensive about how it would go. We are happy to report that it went great! The team communicated regularly, assuring us Tilly was doing well, and sent many pictures showing her in playful action. We are grateful to the Woofpack team and fully intend to use them again.
Tyler was an amazing dog sitter! He was prompt at replying to my request, was a great communicator, and was very accommodating when our return plans were delayed. We really appreciated how attentive he was to our dog, Jack, and he sent photos and texts showing how much fun they were having. Accepted a last minute booking ahead of our trip. Handled both our dogs with care and sent pictures and videos often so we knew they were okay. It was amazing to have peace of mind during our trip. We were especially worried about our more nervous dog, but he warmed up so quickly to them and had a good time. It was our first time using Rover, it was a great experience. This was Maverick’s first visit with Pamela and he did well. She was so kind and flexible when I needed to add a couple days to his stay. Maverick is older so the fit is very important to me. Pamela was patient with him until he calmed down which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend and use her again.
