Kathleen was absolutely fantastic. We unfortunately needed help very last minute for the 4th of July. They were super accommodating in getting us covered. I feel like our two pugs can be a bit energetic but they did a wonderful job keeping them entertained, sent pictures throughout their stay, administered meds for the older dog, and distracted them through the fire works. Pick up and drop off was super easy. We were able to unwind over our trip and not worry. The dogs also seemed super happy and comfortable at pick up.
