About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember! I am new to the Rover community but I am not new to loving on the pups as I have committed myself to learning the best ways to adapt and give the best care for them. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs, I will dedicate my time to loving them (which is SO easy for me to do). I would be honored to take them to a dog park where they can also interact with the other puppers while you’re away! While I have had dogs of all sizes my entire life, I do not have any dogs of my own at the moment. This means I am full of energy and love to give to you and yours! I currently work from home part time so I have lots of time and love to give! This is intentional as I would like to spend more of time around the doggos. I am mostly available M-F but can be available on the weekends as needed, spending time with your pup is something I look forward to! My apartment has a dog park for both small and big dogs, as well as a full park just down the street. I do not own a crate of my own at the moment but I am able to set up their home crate in my space if needed.

About: Hi! I’m Jess 🐾❤️ I’m a lifelong animal lover, former foster-dog mama, retired elementary teacher, and mom to a 7-year-old human. Caring for others has always come naturally to me, whether they have two legs, four paws, whiskers, feathers, or a particularly dramatic personality. 😉 Over the years, friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, comfort, and care for their pets. Now I get to turn something I genuinely love into part of my everyday life through Rover. 🙏 What you can expect from me: A dependable, patient, attentive human who understands that your pet isn’t “just a pet.” They’re family. I take the time to learn their routines, quirks, favorite things, and what makes them feel safe while their person is away. I’m based in Chandler, but I’m happy to travel around the Valley for the right fit. Whether your pet needs long walks, belly rubs, playtime, medication and routine, or simply someone nearby so the house doesn’t feel quite so empty, I’m happy to meet them where they are. And yes, your plants are invited too. 🌱🚿☀️ I also love photography, so don’t be surprised if your Rover updates come with a few frameworthy photos. 📸 🎞️ I want you to be able to enjoy your day or vacation knowing everything you love back home is safe, happy, and cared for. While schedule my screen time, I value communication and love building lasting relationships with both pets and their people. 🤳 My goal isn’t simply to complete a visit. It’s to become someone you’re genuinely relieved to see available the next time you need help. 👥 Rover Over, Jess. 🐶🐾 Let’s connect. 💌 I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, care, and companionship throughout the day. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, and weekend care depending on your needs. Because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m reliable with feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, medications, and keeping pets comfortable while their humans are away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I always take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel secure and cared for. I’m attentive, patient, and calm in new situations, especially with shy or anxious animals. In your home, I’ll respect your space and follow all instructions carefully while keeping your pet’s environment clean, peaceful, and consistent. I also believe communication is important, so I’ll send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in loving hands. 🐾

About: I’ve always been surrounded by animals all my life. Whether the spirit purrs, barks, has reptilian features, or a flexible mammal, they were all loved. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks but I beg to differ with my senior pup Roxy. Im also familiar with training puppies as I’ve raised one in my younger days. My schedule is very flexible and open during the weekdays. Looking to help out other pet parents and provide peace of mind that their fur legged babe is happy in good company. My animals are free roam throughout the house and our backyard has plenty of play space. If the weather permits good weather, catch me outside playing with your pup or opting for a walk. Also willing to work on training if needed as requested.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Chandler
Sage is a wonderful dog walker. He came to meet our pups and loved them like they were his. We have senior dogs and he was patient and tended to them carefully. They all absolutely love him. He was reliable and always provided good updates and pictures. He communicated quickly and frequently. Highly recommend him for your pet care needs.

Thomas is very reliable, he has been good about staying in communication, provides updates, is consistent and overall pleasant & sweet. I had peace of mind that he was doing good about caring for my doggie while I was away. Just super blessed I found him, he is good about responding to my puppies antics, quirks and fears.

My 2 dogs loved Skye. I was working long hours and had her scheduled to come over and let them out to go potty halfway thru my shift. She sent me pictures every day and my dogs didn’t have 1 accident while Skye was taking them out. She is great with dogs and helped me out a lot.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
