About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was born! We have never had less than 5 pets in the house. I grew up dog and cat sitting and am comfortable dealing with challenging pets. I have been a walker on here for over a year now and love meeting your sweet pets. I am currently attending naturopathic medical school in Tempe. I have early morning availability as well as sporadically through the afternoons and evenings. I should be able to work around just about any schedule. She showed up, got him ready for the walk, out the door, and gave him some extra attention while we were out of town and my mom was needing help keeping our dog attended to. He’s a younger, energetic dog and she did a great job dealing with his antics (sometimes thinks people are dogs who want to play, wrestle and be greeted with 75 lb puppy love). We have been using Garrett services for a year now and it’s always such a lovely experience! The boys love him and he takes good care of them. We have used his boarding services, and he kept us updated about the boys regularly and gave the boys their medication if they were on it. Daniel went above and beyond. He was willing to take care of my extra cat, he also spent quality time with all the animals. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
