About: I've provided care for many dog types, large and small, since I was a teenager. I've house sat to care for puppies overnight, and for senior dogs needing extra attention. I've also handled dog medical emergencies and am familiar with how to help doggos feel comfortable and safe in these situations. My day job is somewhat flexible as far as scheduling goes. I have time between meetings and project work for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. and can work from home from client's homes for house sitting usually for half the day if I go into the office in the morning. I will care for pets in the client's home. This provides pets with an added sense of safety being in their own home, and with their own routines. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
