I’m currently a full time student, and am only in class for a few hours a day unless I’m at a clinical site. During those hours, someone is always home, and we have a doggy door!

We have had pets throughout my whole life up until 12/24, when our last best friend passed at 18. Our house is still very pet proof, with an installed doggy door to our fully fenced backyard. I’m the oldest of 3, and the house is still childproofed, meaning pet proof as well!
Information Maya D. would like to know about your pet
I would prefer to know what the owner typically does with the pet prior to sitting. If they like to go on a 5 mile walk, we go on a 5 mile walk. Reactive to other dogs, we stay away! Allergies, medications, etc… please just let me know!
A typical day
What the owner says is what goes! I try to take pets I watch on 2 walks a day, one in the AM, one in the PM. During the summer, it has to be early and later, but we still go!

Pet care experience
Getting through school, I was looking for different ways to work when I’m not allowed to with the program I’m in, while also trying my best not to impulsively get a pet during this period. Watching my best friend’s dog each time she goes on her trip, I found rover and thought it would be a great idea! I adore animals, and having them in my life substantially improves every aspect (I even perform better academically)!
