About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.

About: We’ve been lifelong pet lovers, growing up with animals and always having multiple pets in our home. Caring for animals is second nature to us and over the years friends and family have consistently trusted us to watch their pets while they’re away. We treat every pet like like our own making sure they feel safe loved and right at home. We currently work full-time from home and have plenty of time to give your pet all the love and attention they need. We are able to take your pet for walks as needed and will love on them like they are one of our own. We have a fenced yard with a pool and a friendly Goldendoodle to keep your pet company. They tend to already have a little bit of anxiety with the owner, leaving and changing their environment can sometimes for some animals heighten that anxiety.

I know how to stay engaged with them and also learned through a family dog how to stay calm when they were separated from their owner.
