Pet care experience
barks, bounds, and bones
I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for all pets with love and respect. The main goal is to establish trust with new pets by allowing them to approach me with interest on their own terms, even if it takes a while. Providing pets with playtime and attention is a priority after their daily basic needs are met. I believe in gentle correction or making an activity more interesting with treats or a favorite toy when a pet is acting up or disinterested.
Ratings and reviews
Took good care of our girls. Very communicative!

Sierra is so kind and sweet with my kitty Pamina, aka Pam Pam. Her visit notes are concise but meaningful. I can see Pamina is doing so much better having someone play with her while I'm at work. It warms my heart knowing I'm leaving her in good hands. She also provides great photos!

Sierra was very detailed, professional, attentive, and punctual. I have a chronically ill kitty that needs daily meds and I was really worried about leaving him while on my trip, but Sierra made me feel at ease and I could tell my babies were in good hands. I highly recommend her services!

Schedule
I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am.
