“I’m very grateful to Cindy who took care of Nala for this week. From day one, she kept me completely at ease by sending daily photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s clear that she treated Nala with great care and affection, as if she were her own. Nala looked happy, well cared for, and in excellent hands the entire time. I would definitely recommend her and would trust her again without hesitation in the future.”

“Second time having this wonderful family watch my 2 pups. This stay was for 12 nights. I truly feel so comfortable leaving them, they are the best of the best. The consistent text + photo updates and responsive communication are spot on. Definitely so lucky to have them!”

“Sergio and his family were great to work with and my dog loved staying with them. They were easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when I needed to adjust times due to schedule changes. I’m so lucky to have found a great place for Scout to stay and look forward to using them again in the future.”

“Alex is the absolute BEST sitter we could ever dream of for our babies! I can't imagine leaving them with anyone else. She goes above and beyond every time and we leave Roscoe and Willow with her every time we need to leave them. I can't say enough good things about Alex and Chandra!”

“Clara was very nice and took good care of our Chippy while we were away. He had a great time with Mochi and we had peace of mind while we were away knowing he was in good hands. Thank you Clara!”

“Jemaury took real good care of my dog George. I sent him in and warned her that he was dirty because we'd been camping for a coupe of weeks. She offered to take him to the groomer and I came back from my trip to a squeaky clean dog. She's a very good communicator / quick to respond, and she would send me a few pics every time she took him for a walk or he did something cute. Highly recommend.”

“Could not have had a better minder for our 10 month cockapoo Frankie!!!! Julia and her family are honestly the best. We were quite anxious about leaving Frankie since we’ve both been working from home and he had never been away from us for more then a couple of hours let alone an entire week. Julia reassured us it would be fine even before we left him there. Her set up is so great and she constantly kept me updated with pics of Frankie. I know he had the best time! I will 100% have Julia look after him again.”

“Eric took great care of Kuma over 2 weeks and I could tell he was having a great time. Got lots of amazing pictures and updates. I would definitely book with Eric again in the future for anytime!”

“I have engaged John and Donna's service a couple of times and they are just terrific sitters. They took care of our Bruno as if he was their own. Our dog has become comfortable staying in their house and I wouldn't hesitate to bring him back again, when the need arises, as I know he will always be loved there.”

“Maritza and her family were amazing with my fur baby. It was very short notice, same day, that I needed to find a sitter for a week long trip. I met with her and her pup Ozzy. They seemed to get along, Ozzy a bigger pup than my Daisy was very gentle. Daisy loved the family, playing with the littles and snuggling in between at night. Daisy will definitely be visiting again. Daisy was taken care of, loved and spoiled. I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving her. I would recommend Maritza to anyone especially those who might be a first time using a sitter.”

“Elena was probably the best Rover that we’ve ever had. She sent a ton of photos, which we enjoyed. Our dog loved it there as there were lots of places for her to lay, and the walks they took was icing on the cake. We would highly recommend Elena the next time you take a trip without your fury friend. Pepper (our dog) does too.”

“Susan and Peter were amazing! Coco was so comfortable and well taken care of at their house. They provided frequent updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We are planning to have Coco visit Susan and Peter again in a few weeks. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for a trusted sitter.”

“We love having Rachel take care of our dog when we travel. We are at complete peace knowing he is best care. The photo updates make even better to see how much he is enjoying his stay. She even makes sure he took his medicine and takes him on walks! Can’t ask for anything more!”
“Made my pup feel right at home, right away, and usually that takes him a minute because he’s a nervous boy! He loved his stay so much I’m sure he didn’t want to come home! Would definitely have Ana watch him again, any day! She sent so many picture updates which was great because we missed him!”

“Alani was great. She was responsive and sent updates regularly. Will definitely book with her again. This was my first time using rover and we had to book last minute and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend using Alani to care for your furry friends!”

“Brittany was a wonderful host! We booked with a short notice on an holiday weekend & we’re so glad she took on the opportunity. Our furry friend I’m sure felt right at home with her! She took the time to play with him and give him lots of love. I would definitely book again with her and recommend her to anyone looking for a good, reliable dog-sitter!”

“Thank you so much for taking such great care of Sadie! You made us feel comfortable from the minute we met you. It was obvious you have a great love of animals, experience with lots of different needs and good at assessing temperament to know she would fit in with your pack. It's always helpful to receive the pictures and updates to know she's being so well cared for while I was away.”

“Lynnda and Bob are fabulous sitters! They provided multiple updates on our pups during their stay and our boys were worn out when we picked them up because they played lots of fetch with them, which is so appreciated! They are communicative and provide an excellent level of care. They have a big yard for dogs to play in and truly treat the dogs as if they are their own. We will absolutely book with Lynnda and Bob again- thank you so much for taking great care of Rocco and Melvin!”

“Heaven was great. She took very good care of my cat even though he is a rescue and not too interested in humans he doesn’t know. Heaven did her best to make sure he was eating and well even not being able to see him. She let me know just what was going on while I was a long way from home. I couldn’t recommend her higher.”

“Amazing!! Kiley was fantastic through the whole service. This is my first time using Rover and she explained the app to me, worked out times that fit our schedule, and took such good care of our little old man!! Cannot recommend her enough, she’s awesome!”

“Cindy is fantastic. Our dog spent a few workdays while one of us was traveling, and he clearly felt comfortable and happy while at the same time Cindy provided a structured, calm, and enriching environment for him. He got walks and puzzles and even another dog friend to play with on occasion. Cindy was very patient, attentive, and kind. She has an excellent confident demeanor and establishes boundaries effectively and naturally with the pups. I would recommend Cindy in a heartbeat.”

About: From daily walks and playtime to feeding, grooming, and giving plenty of affection, I understand the responsibility and patience it takes to keep pets happy and healthy. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’ll give your dog the same love, attention, and care that I give my own. Whether it’s keeping up with energetic pups or making sure older dogs are comfortable and cared for, I’m here to help your pet feel safe and loved while you’re away. I work a regular 8–4 schedule, which leaves my evenings and nights free for pet care. That makes me a great fit for evening walks, playtime, feeding, or even overnight sitting. Since I’m home after work, I can give your pet plenty of attention, exercise, and care when they need it most. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide care in my gated home with a big yard, giving dogs plenty of secure space to play, explore, and relax. “I’m so glad I found Paige! My dog Marley absolutely loves going over there. Paige makes you feel comfortable and safe leaving you’re dog all day and overnight. She gives updates and takes the time to learn your dogs typical behavior, to know when something might be ‘off’. Truly goes above and beyond!”

About: I grew up owning dogs. We always owned at least two. I currently have a very active pup who loves socializing with other dogs. It is always a pleasure to have another dog in the house for her to play with, and often the two dogs learn a lot from one another. I currently work from home, and I am present at the house the majority of the day. I go to the gym as part of my daily routine but I’m rarely gone for longer than 3 hours. When dogs stay at my home, they have my attention and definitely my dog’s attention. If your dog is sleeping over I ask that you bring a crate. We feed separately in crates and, in my opinion, it’s important for your pup to have a space that is their own. Our yard is fenced in, and we’ve reinforced the areas that even the sneakiest of escape artists can get through.

About: We’ve been lifelong pet lovers, growing up with animals and always having multiple pets in our home. Caring for animals is second nature to us and over the years friends and family have consistently trusted us to watch their pets while they’re away. We treat every pet like like our own making sure they feel safe loved and right at home. We currently work full-time from home and have plenty of time to give your pet all the love and attention they need. We are able to take your pet for walks as needed and will love on them like they are one of our own. We have a fenced yard with a pool and a friendly Goldendoodle to keep your pet company. We also have one cat that gets along great with her canine friends.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats on the farm and own two dogs of my own. I have had each of them since they were puppies and they are now 7 and 8 years old. One of my dogs is reactive to other dogs so I understand some animals need a little extra time, love, and support to feel comfortable. I also foster kittens through a local organization. I have worked as a nurse for 10 years and have struggled to find trustworthy individuals to let my dogs out with my irregular schedule. I joined rover to help other people working odd hours have care for their pets. Since I have worked both day and night shift, I understand the need for animal care at non-traditional hours. I have also been a travel nurse and know the stress of moving to a new city and finding care. I am available on weekends, most holidays, and days before 2pm. I am occasionally available Monday and Friday evenings as well. I am familiar with cats and dogs of all sizes. I abide by your preferences and will ensure your pets are taken care of in the same manner you would care for them.
About: I've loved all types of animals growing up. We always had a dog. My family raised a rooster, goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and emu's. They had an iguana at one point and my favorite thing was to help care for the animals. At 19, I fell in love with a black short hair rescue cat and I've had cats since. I am currently a caregiver and full time mom. Pet care, in shorter shifts, helps facilitate helping my client and taking the best care of my family. I care for my cats by helping groom them via brush or glove, sift litter daily and change litter weekly. Having several cats means continuous care. Wet food in the morning and evening and dry food set out during the day with a fresh water bowl or fountain. Treats for behavior reinforcement and extra love.

We feed separately in crates and, in my opinion, it’s important for your pup to have a space that is their own. Our yard is fenced in, and we’ve reinforced the areas that even the sneakiest of escape artists can get through.
About: Family, friends and acquaintances of theirs have relied on me as a source of care that they consider a piece of their family. If you’re that kinda person , I might just the right fit. I like to understand an animals personality, and created a trusted bond. I am willing to do whatever silly thing your animal requires to feel safe and loved. I am very flexible and am open to discussing your needs for safety/care and the animals need as well. Please don’t hesitate to contact me. I often am available most Holidays. Pet sitting is not just something to bring in an extra income but something that brings real joy, happiness, and fulfillment to my life. While having an animal for me, every single day isn’t realistic unfortunately ,I find that the ability to do this periodically throughout the year and to be around animals is very rewarding . This also gives me the ability to focus entirely on your animal and the comfort they need when family is away. I did security for nine years and have a level one fingerprint clearance card. I will treat your home with respect and when watching animals and my own home, I do not watch multiple animals from different households to ensure that no issues were to ever arise in a negative altercation. I do have a preference of housesitting at clients homes due to just the comfortability of the animals environment not changing. They tend to already have a little bit of anxiety with the owner, leaving and changing their environment can sometimes for some animals heighten that anxiety.
About: I have a dog of my own that is my baby and my world and I will treat your dog(s) the same while they are in my care. I often watch friends and families dogs and love meeting new dogs. I also have some experience with horses if that's your thing as well. 😁 I work from home 2-3 days a week and the days I do go into the office would be gone about 8hrs. Your pups will get plenty of walks and play time! I have a fenced yard with a doggie door and have one dog of my own (Nico) that can keep your dog company as well.
About: I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was born! We have never had less than 5 pets in the house. I grew up dog and cat sitting and am comfortable dealing with challenging pets. I have been a walker on here for over a year now and love meeting your sweet pets. I am currently attending naturopathic medical school in Tempe. I have early morning availability as well as sporadically through the afternoons and evenings. I should be able to work around just about any schedule. I am also a slow but passionate runner and am happy to include runs as well :) I have a lot of experience dealing with difficult pets. I can handle big and loud dogs, crazy chihuahuas, temperamental cats, and more. I grew up pet sitting and dog walking and am able to appreciate each and every pet for who they are.

About: I’ve been a huge dog lover since I was a kid. I had a golden retriever, a whippet (greyhound) and others. I know how to stay engaged with them and also learned through a family dog how to stay calm when they were separated from their owner. I’ve available to care for dogs/cats on any week day and can travel to your location by bicycle or walk depending on distance. I will care for pets in the client’s home to make sure the pet is in a familiar setting. I’ll keep them engaged by playing with them or if they don’t want to play, I’ll just relax with them until they are ready.

“Eric took great care of Kuma over 2 weeks and I could tell he was having a great time. Got lots of amazing pictures and updates. I would definitely book with Eric again in the future for anytime!”

“Brooke cared for Charlie as if he were here own. He came back to me very calm and relaxed, which is always a good sign. I’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Marina was absolutely WONDERFUL. She sent me updates on Benji every morning, noon and in the evening! Benji got along with her pups and he looked very happy! We were a little late picking him up but Marina understood completely. We would definitely book with Marina again for our boarding needs!!”

“Hayley was beyond great! Her daily updates were greatly appreciated, I never had to worry once about my boy. Baker came back happy and tired so I know he had a great time. Will absolutely continue to use Hayley in the future.”

“Darbi and Nate were great! We had a few schedule changes post-booking and they were so flexible and accommodating. They took Finny in and just loved on him so much! Sent updates and pictures which was great! In fact…we’re convinced that the poor dog is mad we brought him home 😂 Highly recommend!!”

“Mitchell is incredible. Not only was he super accommodating, with a fantastic home and environment for my puppy, but he was also consistently communicative, proactive, and most importantly amazing prepared and incredibly knowledgeable. From his overall demeanor and presence, to how he handles and treats not just my puppy but all the dogs he was caring for at the time, you can tell Mitchell knows what he’s doing and does it well. He was able to not just care for, but actually train and help cultivate an incredible environment for my puppy’s growth. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and he will be the only sitter I use moving forward after my first experience with him.”

“What a wonderful experience having Ezra pet sat for our two pups. He was personable, communicative, kind and professional. He has designed a special place at his home to make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and engaged. He loves what he does and it shows.”

“We got so many updates & pictures while away & our dog was so happy staying with Madison. We felt way more comfortable leaving him with her than boarding at a kennel. We would definitely use Madison in the future :)”

“This is our second time using Veronica and her family and both times it has been perfectly smooth! She provided updates on our dog throughout the entire weekend. We will continue to use her anytime we need a sitter!”

“Outstanding experience boarding our dog with Christina. She was extremely conscientious and genuinely caring, and it really showed in her frequent updates and photos. Will use her in the future for sure.”
