The dogs are usually out every 2 hour for 15 to 20 minutes of outside time. And five minute potty breaks we needed. If weather permits, my German shepherd goes on 30 minute walk daily. For mental and physical stimulation! When there is bad weather days, puzzles and interactive toys are a must! Both of my dogs went with me when I worked at Hound Dog pet hotel West. So they know how to be socially around other peoples dogs.For my cats I have two family cats, and one of my own. Each cat litter is cleaned out twice a week minimum. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
