About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. My mom bred dogs while I was growing up, so I was involved in their daily care from a young age. I helped feed, groom, socialize, exercise, and care for puppies and adult dogs, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As an adult, I’ve continued to care for pets for family and friends and understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and reliable environment. I am a Registered Nurse and currently work only three days per week, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend plenty of quality time with the pets in my care. My husband works from home full-time, so there is typically someone available throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. Our home is located in a gated community, providing an added level of safety and security. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside for fresh air, potty breaks, and supervised playtime. Pets staying with us will spend most of their time indoors with the family, receiving plenty of attention, companionship, and exercise.

I understand that leaving your pets behind can be stressful, which is why I am committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and loving home away from home. I have hands-on experience pet sitting and caring for dogs—including looking after a sweet Chihuahua for a full week while his owner was away. I am very comfortable with daily feeding routines, potty breaks, play sessions, and giving lots of belly rubs. I have experience and am comfortable hosting larger, well-behaved dogs with the help of my partner, Andrew. Why Choose Me? Your dog will get 100% focused, 1-on-1 love and attention! We have a peaceful, smoke-free home with no children and no other pets, making it the perfect stress-free environment for anxious, timid, or high-attention pups. -Clean & Safe Environment: I live in a spacious, very clean, and quiet home where your pet can relax comfortably. -Constant Updates: I love taking pictures! You will receive regular daily photo updates so you have total peace of mind. -Flexible Schedule: My daily schedule is very flexible, meaning your pet will get plenty of individual attention. I’d love to welcome your sweet fur baby to my home 🫶 I have a highly flexible daily schedule, which allows me to be home for most of the day. This means your pet will receive plenty of individual attention, frequent potty breaks, and fun playtime. I am fully available throughout the week and weekends for boarding, making sure your fur baby never feels lonely and maintains their normal daily routine seamlessly Your pet’s safety, peace, and comfort are our top priorities! My partner Andrew and I are huge pet lovers living in a clean, quiet, smoke-free, and party-free townhouse with a cozy patio and access to a community dog park right in our neighborhood. About: I've loved animals ever since I was a child. Growing up I allways had big dogs and cats in the house. Now I have a cat and two bunnies of my own, I don't have space for a dog, but I get my fix volunteering with the pups at the Humane Society and working overnight at a doggy daycare. I am currently working overnight at a doggy daycare, which means I am avaliable for most of the day! I can do walks and drop ins as early as 7:30 AM and as late 7:30 PM. In my home my pets get plenty of enrichment and attention. I also put a lot of effort into giving them as much space as possible despite my apartment size. I also understand that in other people's homes, pets often need to go at thier own pace. I always make it my goal to be respectful of thier wants and needs when interacting with them, and whenever possible I try to do so on thier terms to create happy memories.

About: With over five years of dedicated experience, I've cared for a wide range of furry, feathered, and scaled friends, from energetic puppies and cuddly cats to exotic birds and reptiles. I'm passionate about providing personalized attention, ensuring every pet receives their favorite treats, plenty of playtime, and comfortable routines. Owners consistently praise my reliability and the genuine bond I form with their beloved companions, always leaving them with peace of mind. As I'm currently unemployed, I have complete flexibility to dedicate ample time to your beloved pets. I'm available for drop-in visits, dog walking, and overnight stays at any time, seven days a week. Your pet will receive undivided attention and consistent care throughout the day, with plenty of opportunities for play, exercise, and companionship. I can easily accommodate last-minute bookings and extended care periods. When caring for pets in their own homes, I prioritize maintaining their familiar routines and environment. This includes adhering strictly to feeding times, administering any necessary medications, and engaging in regular walks and play sessions tailored to their energy levels. My goal is to provide a secure and loving atmosphere that minimizes any stress associated with your absence, ensuring your pet feels safe, happy, and well-cared for until your return.
About: I have been a part time pet sitting for a variety of different animals for over six years. Not only am I well versed in caring for dogs and cats, but I have worked in the zoological field for five years both volunteering and paid work. Animal care and conservation has not only been an interest of mine but a life-long passion! Please be advised I am comfortable with giving oral medications but I have never preformed vaccines or inhalers on mammals. I am currently waiting to hear back from a few job opportunities starting first week of September. At the moment, I can only take bookings with very flexible time constraints as I am unsure of what my schedule is going to look like in the near future. I am dedicated to the safety and health of every animal in my care. I ensure all locks are checked before leaving and that the pet will always have access to clean water. Pets are not just animals in your home but are very important parts of the family. I am comfortable with meet and greats prior to visitations to build trust with my clients.
About: Dogs have been an important part of our family over the last 40 years. Our current duo of dogs consists of our matron Elise age 9 and Bella who is 2 and in her pup teens. almost 2 years ago we lost our elder Sammy who had been ill for several years so I am accustomed to caring for senior dogs with ailments. Since entering the business I have provided 24 hour care in our dog centric pup room but am now transitioning what I do mainly to home visits as well as providing walks. I am experienced in working with dogs to learning new commands from multiple training courses I have participated in along with our two dogs, I will happily welcome gentle and friendly dogs up to 60 pounds. My services are reserved for breeds traditionally known for calm and sociable behavior. I am retired and dogs are my avocation. While others golf or travel, I am home the majority of time hanging out with my family which includes our two pups. Our mostly grass backyard is surrounded by a block wall as well as a pool fence surrounding our pool. Our pup den is dog-centric including the furniture and is dog proof which is uniquely different from in-residence boarding. The only external exit from this space leads into the backyard enclosure. My primary focus is to ensure the pup's routine is unchanged from when they are with their pup parents. Schedules and routines are strictly adhered to from feeding to walks and sleep time. Mental as well as physical exercise is stressed. Treat loaded puzzles to solve and hoop jumping are just a few examples. Finally special dietary needs are strictly observed including types of treats.
“Ended up not needing her for the walk but still wanted her to meet Luie for future walks. She was nice and patient as she had issues finding my place but she figured it out. Also had a treat for luie which is always a plus ! Definitely booking her for future walks.”

“Andrew was wonderful with Maya and Molly. This was our first time using Rover, so we were a little nervous, but he made the whole experience very comfortable and reassuring. He kept us updated, was very thoughtful, and clearly cared about the dogs. We really appreciated how well he treated them. Thank you again, Andrew!”

About: My friends have trusted me to watch their pets while out of town. I am a pet lover and am happy to deliver a break to you and peace of mind, knowing your pet is being well cared for. This summer, I am available anytime. I am keen on setting a future schedule, so we can hopefully work a schedule out. Just reach out! I have a nice backyard with a brick fence so you don’t have to worry about your dog having outside time. If you crate your dog, I have the space to accommodate. For small/medium dogs, I have a large living room to play in the house chase. My backyard is big enough to throw a ball. I enjoy the outdoors and when weather permitting, I can hike and jog with your pet. I can walk frequently if high energy.
About: Im a graduated vet assistant, with honors. I’ve always loved pets and would be more than happy to spend time with them. I’m always eager to learn more ways to help. I’m currently unemployed therefore I have plenty of time to spend time with pets. I would prefer to walk in the mornings or when it’s not too hot because of your pets paws. I’m willing to be flexible with my schedule since I would be happy to spend anytime with a pet. I love to take our pets out on walks all the time usually when the sun is not as strong. I love offering a service that will brighten up a dogs day while also putting them first.

“London is so great with Ruby. She constantly goes above and beyond! I knew she would be fine when she told me she helped train her Cane Corsos. Ruby is always so excited to see her too. I would highly recommend London, thank you!”
About: Growing up I had a variety of animals I cared for. Including cats, dogs, chickens and turtles. In my adult life I have had cats and dogs. I feed my animals daily, I play with my dogs, I bathe my dogs and make sure they have water as well. Depending on weather, I will take them outside. I have a fenced in back yard that allows the dogs to run around and play. I feed them twice daily, and insure they are meeting the required food intake.
About: I have been caring for family and friends pets since I was a child. I am reliable and trustworthy to care for pets' each need. I am currently working part-time and plan to prioritize my time caring for pets and housesitting. I will have full days available throughout the week as well as half days. I make sure to take great care of both the pets and the home. I clean up after the pets and make sure they get the love and attention they need.
About: I work a full time job from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, but I can still do house visits and house sitting around my work schedule. I have had pets for 40 years. I have had birds, cats, and dogs. I currently have three dogs I take to the park almost every day before I go to work. I have sat pets for friends and family at their homes while they were away from a day to a few weeks. My full time work hours are Sunday through Thursday from noon to midnight, but I still have time to house sit or do drop in visits when I can. I promise to take as good a care of your babies as I do my own. I would prefer to take care of your fur baby at your home where he/she is more comfortable. I can also house sit if needed.
“Tara did an amazing job looking after my corgi. She sent me updates and photos of their walks and playtime and was easy to communicate with. My pup had so much fun - I’ll definitely be rebooking with her. Thanks again ! ☺️”

About: I had greyhounds growing up and even had a chocolate lab for a couple years. Back home in Minnesota, our family dog is a 16 year old greyhound named Rainy! I currently have 2 kitties here in AZ, named Loofah and Krobus. I would love to meet your fur babies too! I simply love pets and it fills my heart with so much joy to see them happy and well cared for. I have years of experience walking dogs, cleaning litter boxes, playing with animals, and of course feeding and giving them their much needed potty breaks. I have been a Rover sitter for almost 10 years throughout my schooling years. I am a Physician Assistant moving from Iowa but originally from Minnesota. My job does not start until late 2026 so I have a lot of time on my hands! I am a pretty happy go lucky person and can't wait to meet your pet! I am currently unemployed as I await for my Physician Assistant job to begin at the end of 2026. That said, I have all the time in the world for your pets! I make sure I know what things your pet might get into easily and adjust the environment appropriately. Their safety is as important as mine. I try to promote as normal of a routine for them as possible - I need to adjust to their routine, not the other way around.
About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them brings me genuine joy. In addition to my years of personal pet companionship ive looked after many friends’ and family members’ dogs and cats —of all ages, sizes, and personalities. From bouncy puppies full of energy to calm, senior floof's who just want a gentle walk or a cuddle (sometimes with medications too), I like to match their energy and needs to make them smile and feel comfortable. I understand how stressful it can feel to leave your furry friend behind. That’s why I treat every pet as if they were my own—keeping routines consistent, showering them with attention, and making sure you stay connected with plenty of updates and fun moments along the way. My goal is always to give you peace of mind while giving your pet a stress-free, loving experience while you're apart. I work for myself and set my own schedule, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to focus on caring for your loved ones. That means your floof won’t be squeezed in between other commitments—I provide a relaxed, playful environment with the attention and consistency they need. Whether it’s long walks, cuddle breaks, or just sticking to their routine, I’ll make sure their days feel happy and stress-free while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow your instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and leave your space exactly as I found it. I pay attention to details like securely locking doors, double-checking food and water, and keeping any hazards out of reach. If I’m welcoming your pet into my home, they’ll be in a calm, pet-friendly environment where they get plenty of love, play, and rest. I make sure walks are safe and enjoyable, staying mindful of Arizona heat and choosing the best times of day for exercise. Most importantly, I treat every pet like my own—whether that means giving rambunctious pups extra playtime, offering patience and gentleness to shy or senior pets, or sending regular photo updates so you know they’re happy and cared for. My goal is to give you peace of mind and your pet a safe, fun, and stress-free experience.

Maria is super responsive and professional. We were so lucky to get her for a last minute booking for our two dogs. She was able to let herself in grab our dogs as take them out. We hired her for two different walks in the same day because one of our pups has bladder issues and she was super accommodating. Will definitely be booking her again in the future.

Vanessa took amazing care of my pup! She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. It’s clear that she truly cares about the fur babies she looks after. She made sure my pup was comfortable and happy the entire time. I’m so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.

She is the absolute best communicator and will go above and beyond for your pet! My dog had broken his foot unexpectedly and she really went the extra mile to help me while I was at work. She is beyond, sweet and caring. We are so blessed to have her! I couldn't recommend her more!

It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
