Who doesn't want a pet sitter who has veterinary experience. Not only do I know you're friends' needs, I am able to address any medical concerns that you may have. I am comfortable working in any kind of home that you have, I can guarantee you will be satisfied with how well I work with your furry friend.
“Elizabeth has been super clutch for me and even let me book an additional day last minute! I hope to make her my reoccuring dog walker. She is very attentive, responds very promptly and my dog seems to enjoy her. She has even sent me pictures of my dog to reassure me he is doing great (since he is a newer rescue). Thank you Elizabeth!!!!”

“Audra walked my 2 dogs for 3 weeks while I was out. She was good with communicating and sending additional pictures when I requested it. We had some issue with the route tracker but besides that everything was amazing.”

I go the extra mile to make sure everything is good! :) I am currently unemployed, so I have a lot of time to care for pets. Of course not 24/7 because I need to love and care for my Marty! But, my availability is pretty open. I don’t currently allow other pets to come into my home, but I am able to stop by your home, if needed to check on/feed the pets.

I work full time right now but am looking to spend time with more fur babies on my free time. My schedule isn’t linear so my availability is a little all over the place, but it never hurts to ask if i can do a job !!! For my two pets i feed them twice a day morning and night. I take them for walks and also spend time playing with them and giving them attention. i always make sure to keep an eye on them so that they don’t hurt themselves or get into something bad.
About: I was in veterinary assistant school from Junior to Senior year of high-school, earning my accredited veterinary assistant certificate. I cared for animals within my schools care and had to follows schedules and administer medication when applicable. I do want to emphasize that assisting is BARE MINIMUM veterinary information so I will not be able to diagnose/prognose any animals. I have pet sit for my sister and my friend while they are away on vacation, providing daily pictures along with that. I'm currently working a part-time job that has too many workers. I'm seeking another job that I know I will be efficient and good at while also enjoying in the mean time. I have plenty of times during my weeks and am willing and able to hangout with your pets for majority of my days :) Due to my short work schedule, I am able to provide care for your animal for majority of the day (depending on which days I work). Thankfully, I am never working a full day at my job so your pet will never be left alone for more than a couple hours during the day.
About: I have owned and cared for many animals since I was a kid and have professionally cared for animals for 3 years. I currently have 3 feline fur babies aged 12, 10, and 3 years old. One is special needs. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and birds. This includes baby, special needs, and elderly animals of all sorts. Whatever needs your pets have, I can handle! I do have a semi-part time job as a server at a restaurant. I work 5-8 hour shifts about 25-35 hours a week. I work mornings between the hours of 645am-430pm. I'm willing to work out scheduling with you and figure out how to best meet your pets needs! I cannot care for animals in my home due to owning 3 fur babies of my own and wouldn't want to stress them or your animals out. However I am able to come to your home or take them out to a park any time you need including overnights!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Peoria
Alyssa has helped me care for my Belgian Malinois female for over a year by providing mid-day walks. Alyssa is caring, compassionate, responsible and meticulous in going about her dog care responsibilities. She understands working dogs specifically Malinois’ and their unique breed characteristics. I am a Veterinarian (in public health) so I feel I am a good evaluator of people’s dog IQ’s and I rate Alyssa at the top of the hierarchy. She follows through with a text to me about every walk she completes. She is especially attentive if there is an issue with my dog that I am concerned about. Look no further if you need help with your dog. I completely trust her. Alyssa is awesome.

Blanca has provided excellent service, taking care of my boy, Buddy. She took time to bond with Vuddy during the meet and greet and takes him on nice walks. She really cares about Buddy and given me some pointers for having better walks when he is with me. I would recommend Blanca to walk and take care of any dog. Very good at what she does.

Linda did a great job walking Sadie. I had to change the time and she was flexible and was able to change it. She’s communicated with me and sent me a picture of my Sadie after the walk. It’s so nice to know that while I’m working Sadie still got her walk it. I trust Linda to walk Sadie again. She’s very responsible and Sadie loved her immediately.

Fantastic experience! She walked my dog for a full hour and even came prepared with her own harness, which I really appreciated. She was patient, professional, and clearly experienced with dogs. My dog loved her and came back happy and relaxed. Definitely recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment.
