They have worked with many rescues so they have worked with many animals who aren’t your typical house pets, and know how to handle problems if they come up. My kitty baby was an abused rescue and after meeting them I was confident he would be safe with them. First time in 8 years he has left my home. So rather traumatic. He’s back now and sailed thru with flying colors due to their care. I can solidly recommend them. Rover, the company I’m fairly peeved with. My registering had a problem that I was up the entire night attempting to solve. The computer was actually more helpful than the people I attempted to use chat with who only kept repeating the same rote phrase that didn’t solve anything and took several hours for the first reply. Rover has absolutely no way to directly contact a live person by phone when a critical problem is not being solved. I Had to have my cat settled by 7 am or I would have no place to put him safely in this very warm heat while management bombed the apartment complex. Rover has some work to do on customer service backup when their rote systems don’t work. This was NOT a fun experience not to mention tinged with desperation and no time left for alternative solutions after I had list my previous solution at the last minute.”

I also got a good gut feeling about her which was important to me before dropping off my dog. She was also transparent about the schedule. During the stay i received a pic a day. I do wish i received more pics and videos to kind of get a sense of what my dog was doing but i also didn’t set that expectation with Bryanna which is why I’m not taking stars off for that. I’d say set up that expectation beforehand. Other than that i have nothing negative to say. I’d definitely use her again.”

About: I have had dogs all my life. Cats for over 30. I have fostered many dogs and puppies, from liters of 6 week olds to 120# newfoundlands. I consider myself a pet nanny and spoiler. My job is to keep your pets safe and happy while you are away. I currently consider a night as 8pm to 8am. If your dog needs more time than that let's talk about extended care. I have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card. I have a day job in pet rescue and work 10am-6:30 pm five days a week. I can not provide mid day care those days. We pay close attention to pavement temperatures, direct sun, signs of overheating, and how each dog is handling the conditions. During the summer, we strongly prefer early morning walks and may adjust the pace, route, or amount of outdoor time when needed. We don’t measure a successful walk by distance alone. Exercise matters, but so do sniffing, curiosity, mental stimulation, and letting dogs enjoy being dogs. Our goal is not simply to wear your dog out. It is to help them return home comfortable, content, and revitalized. During drop-in visits, Matt always takes care to follow instructions, secure doors and gates, refresh food and water, and leave your home as it was found. About: Hi!! I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was almost 14, I love animals! I want to make sure your babies are getting enough exercise while you’re at work! I am pretty flexible with my schedule, so don’t hesitate to reach out for services ! I want to make sure your pets get the exercise they need. At home I have 3 cats, they are quite spoiled and are my babies! I really call them my kids. Anyways I always follow the owners rules and how they handle their pets.
About: I have grown up around all types of animals. It is my passion to care for them and make sure they feel loved. I go the extra mile to make sure everything is good! :) I am currently unemployed, so I have a lot of time to care for pets. Of course not 24/7 because I need to love and care for my Marty! But, my availability is pretty open. I don’t currently allow other pets to come into my home, but I am able to stop by your home, if needed to check on/feed the pets.

“Kimberley and Deanna are fabulous, kind, experienced and knowledgeable. They have worked with many rescues so they have worked with many animals who aren’t your typical house pets, and know how to handle problems if they come up. My kitty baby was an abused rescue and after meeting them I was confident he would be safe with them. First time in 8 years he has left my home. So rather traumatic. He’s back now and sailed thru with flying colors due to their care. I can solidly recommend them. Rover, the company I’m fairly peeved with. My registering had a problem that I was up the entire night attempting to solve. The computer was actually more helpful than the people I attempted to use chat with who only kept repeating the same rote phrase that didn’t solve anything and took several hours for the first reply. Rover has absolutely no way to directly contact a live person by phone when a critical problem is not being solved. I Had to have my cat settled by 7 am or I would have no place to put him safely in this very warm heat while management bombed the apartment complex. Rover has some work to do on customer service backup when their rote systems don’t work. This was NOT a fun experience not to mention tinged with desperation and no time left for alternative solutions after I had list my previous solution at the last minute.”

“I trust that my dog was taken care right based on how my dog was upon pick up and body language. She seemed her normal happy self and had once home she had no different habits. I met Bryana before dropping of my dog, her home is perfect for all my dogs needs. She was attentive to all i was telling her about my dog and recalled it all. I also got a good gut feeling about her which was important to me before dropping off my dog. She was also transparent about the schedule. During the stay i received a pic a day. I do wish i received more pics and videos to kind of get a sense of what my dog was doing but i also didn’t set that expectation with Bryanna which is why I’m not taking stars off for that. I’d say set up that expectation beforehand. Other than that i have nothing negative to say. I’d definitely use her again.”

“Kelly and her family love dogs! They were so happy and excited to take my dog, Buddha, into their home and give him the 1 on 1 attention he needs. My dog does not like me leaving him, but he felt comfortable with them from the very start and didn’t even rush out of their house to leave! I was very surprised and that tells me that Buddha enjoyed his stay. Kelly’s house is set up very well for dogs and their safety. They played puzzles, got Buddha in the play-pool, and cuddled him. Kelly is detailed and communicates really well. I will be taking Buddha back there next time I have to leave town!”
