“Mitch, his wife, and his pup Shelby were amazing! I felt very comfortable leaving Tuna with them. I think she had a little mini vacation. Lots of walks and playing. I got lots of photos and messages from Mitch. Two things Mitch does that not many others do: 1. Mitch let my dog sleep in their bed. 2. Mitch only takes 1 dog at a time. I felt comfortable knowing that my dog would not be around any not so nice dogs. I would highly recommend Mitch. I would not hesitate to use him again. My dog came home happy and healthy.”

When I had to extend Oso's visit twice due to unforseeable circumstances, they were able not only able to accommodate, but went out of their way to make him comfortable. He ended up being with them for about a month and a half. When he was injured, due to no fault of theirs, they ensured appropriate medical treatment was sought. They communicated clearly and I received multiple pictures and notes during his stay with them. Oso is really going to miss them!”

I have so much appreciation for Alyssa and family and I will definitely be booking with her every time I leave town.”

“Ziggy loved his 9-day stay with Valarie and Bob -- we know because he came home happy and tired out from all his running and playing with their "pack!" We didn't get to meet Valarie but we loved Bob's laid back vibe and you can tell he really loves dogs. He also kept us regularly updated with texts and photos which we appreciated greatly as we sorely missed our little buckaroo. Great job all around and we'll definitely be back!”

It was obvious from the updates and photos that our pup was happy, loved, and well cared for the entire time. She was reliable, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Coming home to a relaxed and happy dog is the best feeling, and it’s clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. We are so grateful for her help and would absolutely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone dependable, caring, and attentive to watch their pets!”

About: I was in veterinary assistant school from Junior to Senior year of high-school, earning my accredited veterinary assistant certificate. I cared for animals within my schools care and had to follows schedules and administer medication when applicable. I do want to emphasize that assisting is BARE MINIMUM veterinary information so I will not be able to diagnose/prognose any animals. I have pet sit for my sister and my friend while they are away on vacation, providing daily pictures along with that. I'm currently working a part-time job that has too many workers. I'm seeking another job that I know I will be efficient and good at while also enjoying in the mean time. I have plenty of times during my weeks and am willing and able to hangout with your pets for majority of my days :) Due to my short work schedule, I am able to provide care for your animal for majority of the day (depending on which days I work). Thankfully, I am never working a full day at my job so your pet will never be left alone for more than a couple hours during the day.

“Great experience with Lauren. Very flexible with doing a last min meet & greet and working around my kitty’s medication schedule. Left everything tidy (both kitties are messy eaters). Judging from the photos/updates I could see that my senior furbabies were well taken care of and happy. Would def use Lauren again.”

“Kimberly and Deanna were amazing. I felt confident and comfortable in leaving my cat with them while I was out of town. 10/10 would recommend for boarding.”

“Kathy did a great job taking care of my cat while I was out of town. She communicated consistently and always gave me updates on how my cat was doing. I would definitely book again!”

“I highly recommend her as a pet sitter. She was incredibly attentive to our cat’s needs and picky preferences. She also kept everything very neat and clean, and we fully trusted leaving both our home and our pet in her care.”

“Can’t say enough good things about Katie, she’s a fantastic sitter and person. She’s been consistently watching my cats for a long time now, and she is always so kind and communicative. She’s gone above and beyond when caring for them, and I’m so grateful.”

About: As someone who has lived in a household animated by dogs for most of her life, I have many years of experience caring for them too. Whether your dog is shy or outgoing, active or more leisurely, puppy or adult or elderly - I'm confident I can provide safe, fun and affectionate experience for them while you're away. I'm happy to walk your dog and/or just visit with them at your home. I can bathe your dog, administer medications if needed, and send text/photo updates about my visit with your pet upon request as well. *Because i work full-time and only take Rover bookings on a part-time basis, I'm available during very early am (5-630am) or late afternoon (3-6pm) hours only. My own dog is an indoor dog and very much part of the family. We take special care with his diet and give him the daily walks/exercise he needs - I'll show the same care, concern and affection with your pup too!

“Tammy took great care of my cat while I was away. She was a great communicator, providing daily check in updates and pictures, and voicing any concerns. I would hire her again!”

“Marisa was amazing with our baby. It was her first time at doggie daycare and first time staying with someone who was not family. Marisa sent lots of updates and photos throughout the day which eased our minds and made us smile. Gracie looked like she was having the time of her life, I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home! Thank you Marisa for taking such great care of, and loving on, Gracie while she was in your care. We are so thankful for you!”

About: I have two goldendoodles named Lacy & Prince. I also have an english springer spaniel / doodle mix rescue, Manny. Lacy is 9 years old, Prince is 5, and Manny is 2. I work for myself so I create my own schedule, so I would love to spend my extra time loving on someone else’s fur babies! I am a sucker for all animals as I grew up on a farm in southern Illinois. At one time we had 13 family dogs, numerous cats, goats, donkeys, horses, you name it- all running around! I was made for this 😌 I am a stay-at-home mom and small business owner, which allows me to create my own schedule and be flexible throughout the day. Because I work from home & control my hours, I am able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I already care for and spend time with my own dogs every day. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I have three friendly dogs of my own and understand how important it is to leave your pet’s care with someone you trust. I treat every dog as if they were part of my family, providing plenty of love, supervision, playtime, exercise, and cuddles. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs and routine, and I am happy to provide photo and video updates anytime.
“I don't think I could have found a more entertaining place for Guido to spend his day. I'm just sad that they're almost an hour's drive for me, or I would continue using them. I think Guido is actually disappointed to leave.”

“Joyce has been the absolutely best, so very helpful and knowledgeable! My dog absolutely adores her and gets excited when I say her name! I look forward to hearing more stories from their times together (: if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!!”

“Our pup Charli gets so excited when we pull up in front of Savannahs house, it’s too cute but also eases our mind knowing that we are leaving her some place she enjoys so much!”

About: As a proud owner of three rescue dogs and a cat, I have years of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I’m used to the beautiful chaos of a multi-pet home and know how to provide a safe, structured environment. Your pet will receive plenty of affection and personal care in a home that truly understands what it means to be part of the family. My day starts at 5:30 AM with morning potty breaks and a structured feeding schedule. After the school drop-off, I dedicated my mid-mornings to long walks and playtime. Since I am home throughout the day, I let the dogs out every two hours or whenever they bark to let me know they need a break. Your pet will be part of a consistent, active, and very attentive routine. Safety is my top priority. My home is set up to keep pets secure, with a fully fenced yard and constant supervision during outdoor time. Because I have a multi-pet household, I am an expert at managing slow introductions and ensuring every animal feels comfortable. I never leave guest pets unattended with my own pack, and I make sure my curious cat and friendly dogs interact safely with all visitors.

About: I have been petsitting and working with animals for so long I can’t even remember when I started. I used to work in an animal shelter and a veterinary clinic before starting veterinary school. I am currently in my 3rd year of veterinary school. I feel very comfortable taking care of almost all animals including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, fish, etc. of all shapes and sizes. Since I’m in veterinary school full-time, I have a lot of free time when I’m not studying or in class. I am available depending on my class schedule on weekdays and pretty much any time on weekends. I’m willing to spend as much time with your animals as you’d like! I love to play with them, walk, or even just sit with them and cuddle. I am also comfortable giving medications or managing any other conditions, bathing, brushing, etc.
About: Between the two of us, we bring a genuinely unique set of skills to pet care that goes well beyond loving animals. Madyson's background is in nursing and direct patient care. That experience translates directly — she's trained to follow precise routines, notice subtle changes in behavior or condition, stay calm under pressure, and advocate for whoever is in her care. For dogs, that means she picks up on anxious behavior early, respects each dog's individual needs, and knows how to keep a calm, structured environment that helps even nervous dogs settle in quickly. She is also fully comfortable administering medications and managing dietary needs. Jamison brings a background in fitness, coaching, and hands-on work. He understands routine, consistency, and how to read when something is off. He leads our morning activity, walks, and outdoor time — and takes pride in making sure every dog in our care is physically stimulated, not just fed and left alone. Together, we have cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, energy levels, and temperaments — from high-energy young dogs to seniors who need a slower, more attentive pace. We are comfortable with puppies, though we handle them with extra structure and patience given how much they need during that stage. One of us is home and present throughout the entire day — always. Dogs in our care are never left for extended periods. That consistency is something we take seriously and something every owner we've worked with has noticed immediately. Pet care is the center of our daily routine — not something we fit around it. Between the two of us, one of us is home and present with the dogs throughout the entire day. We structure our personal schedules around our guests, not the other way around. Mornings start with outdoor time and breakfast, and the day flows from there — walks, activity, downtime, and an evening routine that helps dogs wind down comfortably. Bookings are kept intentionally small so that our schedule never feels stretched and every dog always has someone nearby. Our home is a calm, controlled environment with a small number of dogs at any given time — never more than four. We believe that environment itself is a form of safety, and we put a lot of thought into keeping our space low-stress for every dog in it. Before a first stay, we always recommend a meet-and-greet. It gives your dog a chance to explore our home, meet us, and get comfortable before the booking begins — which makes a real difference in how quickly they settle in. We keep emergency vet information on hand and know the local options in the Peoria area well. We are comfortable managing medications, special diets, and individual feeding schedules. Any behavioral notes, sensitivities, or health needs you share with us ahead of time will be followed precisely. Throughout every stay, we send photo and video updates so you always know your dog is comfortable and happy. You'll never have to wonder.

“Absolutely fantastic person! Was able to book on short notice and was super kind and accommodating. Was super good with my dog from the beginning and really put me at ease at drop off. Made sure to update me on my baby about halfway through the stay. 10/10 would use again.”

“Stephanie took amazing care of my fur baby! She shared photos and videos throughout, which really helped put my family’s minds at ease. He looked so happy and playful in her home. We highly recommend her and will absolutely be booking with her again!”

“David was able to take Buster on short notice and took excellent care of him. He communicated with us throughout the stay and sent great pictures and videos. It was clear Buster was having a great time. We truly appreciate him and will definitely book with him again in the future.”

“I was so nervous having to find a new sitter for my senior baby who I considered to be high maintenance, but Alyssa and her family welcomed Daisy with open arms and spoiled her endlessly, Daisy barely wanted to leave!

“We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! She took such great care of our Australian Shepherd while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind.

“Kristi was amazing! So accommodating and friendly. We felt so comfortable and happy leaving him in her care. Highly recommend her as your next sitter!”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Crystal and her family! They were incredibly sweet to my dog, Charlie, and took great care of him during his stay. Not only did they make sure he was comfortable and well-loved, but they also took him on a walk, which he absolutely loved! I could tell from the moment I picked him up that he had a fantastic time. I’m so grateful for their kindness and attention to detail. Charlie was in great hands, and I’ll definitely be reaching out again in the future!”

“This was the absolute best experience we have had to date with Rover! Sydney and her husband cared for our three doodles for 6 days while we were on vacation. They made our boys feel at home immediately and kept us updated daily with lovely pictures and videos. She is extremely responsible and responsive to any questions or concerns that come up during their stay. We HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone in the market for a dog sitter. They could not have done a better job. Thank you, Sydney!!😊”

“Tiffany is very friendly. I am appreciative that she accepted to board my senior dog last minute. She was able to administer his meds in a timely manner. My dog made new friends with other dogs while he was there. I will definitely be using Tiffany again.”

“Tiffany was great! Planned a meet and greet with our pups before hand and booked right away. My pups are super high energy and she and her husband handled them so well, gave them lots of exercise. Got lots of photos/updates with my doggos looking super happy, too. Will definitely book again :)”

“Kara & Chris took great care of our sheltie, Nani. They sent pictures of our smiling dog relaxing at her new retreat. We are very happy and will contact them again for our next trip.”

“Diana was great. My dog, Lucy, is a handful, and Diana handles her swimmingly. She kept me updated on Lucy's progress. When I returned, Lucy was happy and safe.”
