“Jannalee is patient and kind with my dog. She takes the time to make her comfortable and settle in. I highly recommend her for dog sitting and will be booking with her again.”

About: As someone who has lived in a household animated by dogs for most of her life, I have many years of experience caring for them too. Whether your dog is shy or outgoing, active or more leisurely, puppy or adult or elderly - I'm confident I can provide safe, fun and affectionate experience for them while you're away. I'm happy to walk your dog and/or just visit with them at your home. I can bathe your dog, administer medications if needed, and send text/photo updates about my visit with your pet upon request as well. *Because i work full-time and only take Rover bookings on a part-time basis, I'm available during very early am (5-630am) or late afternoon (3-6pm) hours only. My own dog is an indoor dog and very much part of the family. We take special care with his diet and give him the daily walks/exercise he needs - I'll show the same care, concern and affection with your pup too!
“They were amazing sitters for our cat and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. We loved all of the updates, photos/videos and sweet photo card we received at the end of the trip. This was the first trip we’ve taken where we weren’t constantly worried about Ella and were extremely thankful they were experienced in giving her her meds everyday. Thank you both so much!!💕”

“Great experience! Stephanie kept me updated and took great care of my 2 cats, including the shy one. I came back to happy, relaxed boys and my house was in great shape!! Thanks Stephanie!”

“Savannah is wonderful! She was very flexible and accommodating with a last minute change in my schedule and she sent me very detailed reports every single day. She also sent videos and pictures, which really eased my mind about how my Millie was doing. I highly recommend Savannah and definitely will use her marvelous services again when I need to go away. I cannot say enough good things about her! Thank you, Savannah!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Leslie is so great! She fed and administered meds to our two kitties for four days while we were away on a trip. We could tell right away at our meet & greet that she is very good with animals. Even our normally shy / skittish kitty came out of the back room and went right up to Leslie to greet her. When we got home my wife commented on how good our one kitty who receives meds looked, and they both were happy and relaxed; none of the complaining ‘I’m mad because you’ve been gone!’ Meowing that we used to get upon returning. Thank you, Leslie! Highly recommended, and we definitely will be booking her again if we can!”

“Rachel was so accommodating and helpful when we were out of town on a trip. She kept great communication and loved our dog as her own. I’d absolutely recommend her for any services and i will be a returning customer! A+”

About: Hello! I am a full-time pet sitter with a deep passion for, and extensive experience in, caring for senior dogs. Because I work from home, I can provide 24/7 supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a quiet, stress-free environment for older dogs. I have years of experience managing mobility issues, administering oral medications and supplements, and following strict vet routines. Whether your older dog needs slow, gentle walks or just a cozy lap to cuddle on, I am dedicated to giving them the golden-years TLC they deserve. Working from home allows me to seamlessly integrate my pet's care into my day by using my remote breaks for walks and feeding, ensuring my work and pet duties are perfectly balanced. I care for pets by strictly following your established routines for feedings, walks, playtime, and medications to ensure they remain safe, happy, and stress-free in their own environment.
“Issy is professional and trustworthy. She took great care of my dogs while I was away, and I felt I could relax, even knowing my pups are as crazy as it gets. Thank you Issy!”

“Love Mackenzie! Did such an amazing job sending me updates and giving my cat all the. Attention he wanted! Totally recommend this amazing lady to watch your animals. They will be well taken care of!”

About: I have grown up around all types of animals. It is my passion to care for them and make sure they feel loved. I go the extra mile to make sure everything is good! :) I am currently unemployed, so I have a lot of time to care for pets. Of course not 24/7 because I need to love and care for my Marty! But, my availability is pretty open. I don’t currently allow other pets to come into my home, but I am able to stop by your home, if needed to check on/feed the pets.

About: I have two goldendoodles named Lacy & Prince. I also have an english springer spaniel / doodle mix rescue, Manny. Lacy is 9 years old, Prince is 5, and Manny is 2. I work for myself so I create my own schedule, so I would love to spend my extra time loving on someone else’s fur babies! I am a sucker for all animals as I grew up on a farm in southern Illinois. At one time we had 13 family dogs, numerous cats, goats, donkeys, horses, you name it- all running around! I was made for this 😌 I am a stay-at-home mom and small business owner, which allows me to create my own schedule and be flexible throughout the day. Because I work from home & control my hours, I am able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I already care for and spend time with my own dogs every day. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I have three friendly dogs of my own and understand how important it is to leave your pet’s care with someone you trust. I treat every dog as if they were part of my family, providing plenty of love, supervision, playtime, exercise, and cuddles. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs and routine, and I am happy to provide photo and video updates anytime.

“Alex was very flexible and able to drop in on our two cats while we were out of town for the holidays. Our previous sitter cancelled at the past minute due to car trouble, but Alex was able to meet with us even earlier than expected and save our traveling plans.”

“I am so glad I found Holly. She is excellent! My dog Simon loves her. She is reliable and responds very quickly. She takes her time with Simon walking him, giving him time outside and spending time loving on him. Her notes of the visit are detailed. FShe gives him alot of love. I highly recommend her !”

“Alex was great with my kitties…I felt so comfortable to leave them for a week while on vacation. I got consistent pictures & updates, felt that my cats were taken care of, and will definitely be reaching out again when I need someone to kittysit :)”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Peoria
This was my first time using Rover, although I have several friends who have used it and had great experiences. I truly struck gold with Audra! From the very beginning, she was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process, which immediately put me at ease. My dog, Duke, is an anxious boy, but Audra’s calm, patient, and sweet demeanor won him over right away. Seeing how comfortable he was with her gave me complete confidence that he would be well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Audra to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their fur baby. I will definitely be booking with her again in the very near future!

Alyssa is awesome with my rescue girl, Twinkle! Twink is anxious and cautious around new people, but Alyssa quickly won her over, and she loves her afternoon walkies with her new friend. Alyssa is dependable and very responsive to messages and texts. When Twink is with Alyssa, I know that she is being well taken care of and having fun. 10/10 recommend Alyssa!

Overall, an amazing person very dry great communication went above and beyond my dogs were happy when I came home and I can see through the camera that I have at my house that she exercised the dogs by taking them to the park played with them and gave them great care

Kathy is wonderful and all my pets love her! She was very reliable, easy to book with, very kind, and reminded me of a loving family member stopping by instead of a stranger I found on an app. I would absolutely book with her again in the future! You can truly tell the love she has for animals, it shows in both her personality and in the interactions she has with your pets.

David! Thank you so much for all your help on taking care of my pets. David helped me at a very short notice, twice, back to back days. He was very respectful, kind, and followed all instructions. He was very sweet with my pets and sent me updates throughout the day. I’ll definitely be booking again

They are absolutely amazing, my dog loved his visits with them. They were happy to follow any small requests that were given and gave him so much love. He was always really happy in the days they stopped by, i couldn’t have asked for a better people to help me with my dog!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
