We couldn't have asked for a better pet and house sitter! She stayed in our home for two weeks while caring for our dog, Kona, and gave us complete peace of mind the entire time. She sent constant photo updates, which made being away so much easier, and it was obvious from every picture how happy and well cared for Kona was. She truly went above and beyond. Not only did she make sure Kona was well-fed and even picked up more food for him when he needed it, but she also took wonderful care of his skin (bulldogs can be difficult!) and overall well-being. When we came home, Kona was happy, healthy, and clearly loved. She also took exceptional care of our home. It was absolutely spotless when we returned, and she even took care of extra household tasks like outdoor cleanup and taking out the trash. On top of all that, she left us thoughtful goodies, which was such a sweet surprise. She is reliable, communicative, caring, and incredibly thoughtful. Kalin manages our household of furry friends which now includes an older paralyzed bunny, a cat with challenging behavioral issues, multiple animals on several medicines throughout the day, and also a cat who had just recently undergone a dental procedure and is on a specific diet. Everyone is completely calm and relaxed when we come back home and it's obvious that the animals trust her completely. We have total confidence in her and it's a great peace of mind knowing she's there to keep everyone safe when we're out of town.
Jazmine did a remarkable with the dogs during her stay and was very communicative when it came to updates and any questions she had (which i appreciate very much)! She was very understanding of my dogs needs and went above and beyond in making sure they were cared for. Would definitely recommend and hire again!
Vanessa was so great with my three dogs…she made sure that their feeding and medication schedule was followed, she took extra care with my one dog who was timid and afraid, and she left my house as clean as it was before my trip. I will definitely be contacting her again for our next trip!
Sydney is an unbelieve blessing. We love out of state, a parent went into hospital, and she was amazing navigating getting into the home, navigating food and sanitary issues for quite a few cats over a lengthy period. Compassionate, detailed and a wonderful communicator.
Roxy did a wonderful job. She arrived at her meet and greet very professional and was very thorough with gathering info on how to care for our critters. While we were gone she send pictures several times a day and left the house very clean when she left. We will definitely be using her again!
