From our first meet and greet we knew she would be the perfect caretaker for our dog Owen because he immediately settled down next to her and relaxed his whole wiggly body. She had a calming presence for us too, as nervous pet parents, and this was confirmed during her first stay at our home with Owen. She took such wonderful care of our boy and our home and sent fun updates throughout her stay. She took Owen on walks in the neighborhood and helped him in and out of his walking stroller when needed. She sat next to him on the couch to give him cuddle time and indulged his cookie habit! Owen is a spoiled senior and Katie understood his needs from the start and took care to make him happy and comfortable while we were away. Addison was such a great help watching rexin this week! She was attentive, professional, and communicated well. She had an issue with her vehicle and still was able to make the booking work and show up to complete the requested time to watch rexin which I really really appreciate especially when someone has their own things going on and still can pull through. Fantastic experience! Great communication, personable, consistent updates, and lots of cute pictures of the dogs having fun and relaxing! The backyard looked great and both dogs were very well cared for! Anyone who owns a frenchie, knows a frenchie’s life, and our little one was clean and happy! It was our first time leaving the dogs overnight with someone other than family - We truly appreciate the care Kathleen gave them and will definitely book with her again!! Julianna is absolutely wonderful and took such great care of our fur babies!!! This was the first time I had used a pet sitter and I was very anxious about it but Julianna was so easy going and came over twice before she watched our dogs just to get familiar with them and to let me walk her through their daily routine. She gave updates everyday while we were gone which I very much appreciated and my dogs really seemed to enjoy her. One of our dogs is a Labrador with high energy and special needs and the other is a small little guy with some separation anxiety and she more than met theirs and my needs in taking great care of them. I am so grateful to her and We will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!!
