About: I’m an experienced dog sitter and proud dog owner of my own pup, Zjefke. I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes, providing daily walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of love. I make sure every furry friend feels safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away! Taking care of pets is normally a big part of my daily and weekly routine, especially with my own dog, Zjefke. Since we couldn’t take him with us recently, I’ve really missed that daily connection. I love providing walks, playtime, feeding, and cuddles, and I bring the same care and attention to every dog and cat I look after. In my home, pets are part of the family. I care for them with love and attention, following their routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest. We also have a 2-year-old child who adores animals, so pets get lots of cuddles, gentle interaction, and companionship. “Lilly was so good with our fur baby!! We met beforehand and Jax just walked right into her home and was immediately comfortable, rolling over for belly rubs. Jax takes a bit to warm up to people so this was very reassuring. She sent us regular updates with pics which was great. Most importantly, when we picked him up he was happy and calm - there have been times where I've picked him up from other places and he was so stressed out it broke my heart - not this time!! I would definitely recommend Lilly to anyone looking for someone to care for their babies!!”

About: My mom loves cats, but after much pleading, our family welcomed a new addition. He is a large German Shepherd mix that is 10 years old.I have a Chihuahua mix who experiences separation anxiety because he had other owners who couldn’t handle his screaming. I have been studying dog training and sought assistance from Petsmart to help with my dog's anxiety. Although he still faces challenges, I noticed that he is less aggressive when taken out for walks. I have been caring for dogs and cats for many years and hold a deep affection for them. I can do pet sitting and boarding for weekends. I do work Monday to Saturday with Tuesdays and Sunday's off. I’m available for the morning during weekdays especially now that it’s getting hotter outside I prefer that time. I currently work full-time at Michael Lewis Co. and am also a full-time student at ASU. I work Monday and Wednesday through Saturday, and I’m off on Tuesdays and Sundays. On the days I work, I will be away for up to 8 hours for pet sitting. I may also have some in-person classes, but I always keep my Rover calendar updated to reflect my availability. I live in an apartment with two dogs—a Chihuahua mix. I let him out to go potty at the dog park nearby. He is fed after I get back from work, have access to a water fountain that is refilled daily, and are well cared for throughout the day.

I got lots of photos and messages from Mitch. Two things Mitch does that not many others do: 1. Mitch let my dog sleep in their bed. 2. Mitch only takes 1 dog at a time. Great experience! When you love your pets, there is always the fear of them suffering or feeling uncomfortable while you are away. From our first meet-and-greet, Joke gave us the confidence to integrate March (our 10-year-old indoor, medium-sized Schnauzer) into her family. She took the time to introduce him to each member of the household and observe their reactions. The reception was wonderful, and March quickly connected with everyone, receiving love and attention from the very beginning. I provided Joke with the main instructions for caring for March, and I am extremely satisfied with the way she followed them. She went above and beyond by sending us pictures and updates throughout her stay, which gave us great peace of mind. I would also like to mention that when you drop off your dog, you immediately notice how clean the environment is. The space is spacious, calm, and free from the overcrowding that can sometimes disrupt a dog's comfort and tranquility. The absence of other dogs helped ensure a peaceful and stress-free stay for March. I highly recommend Joke to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and professional pet sitter. Sierra is a wonderful sitter. She’s super easy to work with and had us do a meet and greet first to ensure everyone got along. Willow is usually shy but warmed up to her and her roommate during his stay and really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. She sent great photos throughout, and it’s clear they took excellent care of him. Definitely booking again!
Out of all the great sitters Rover has to offer I’m so happy I picked Alexis. I was so nervous about leaving Lily that I almost canceled my vacation.
