“WOW just WOW! Tricia gave Oscar all the love and attention he needed. I have an older dog who has high anxiety and digestive issues. Tricia ensured he had regular exercise and provided regular updates on his health. She correctly administered his food and supplements. I had never seen Oscar so relaxed and comfortable under anyone’s care other than my own. When I arrived for pickup he didn’t want to leave! He grabbed his toys and wanted to play! Tricia was timely and professional. She had his blanket folded and packed as well as his dog bowels cleaned the way I sent them. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with a different sitter and thought I would try Rover one last time. Tricia gave me a whole new positive experience. From our first meet-and-greet, Joke gave us the confidence to integrate March (our 10-year-old indoor, medium-sized Schnauzer) into her family. She took the time to introduce him to each member of the household and observe their reactions. The reception was wonderful, and March quickly connected with everyone, receiving love and attention from the very beginning. I provided Joke with the main instructions for caring for March, and I am extremely satisfied with the way she followed them. She went above and beyond by sending us pictures and updates throughout her stay, which gave us great peace of mind. I would also like to mention that when you drop off your dog, you immediately notice how clean the environment is. The space is spacious, calm, and free from the overcrowding that can sometimes disrupt a dog's comfort and tranquility. Sierra is a wonderful sitter. She’s super easy to work with and had us do a meet and greet first to ensure everyone got along. Willow is usually shy but warmed up to her and her roommate during his stay and really enjoyed hanging out in the backyard. She sent great photos throughout, and it’s clear they took excellent care of him. Definitely booking again!
