“Lilly was so good with our fur baby!! We met beforehand and Jax just walked right into her home and was immediately comfortable, rolling over for belly rubs. Jax takes a bit to warm up to people so this was very reassuring. She sent us regular updates with pics which was great. Most importantly, when we picked him up he was happy and calm - there have been times where I've picked him up from other places and he was so stressed out it broke my heart - not this time!! Genuinely could not have found a better person to take in my cats. She’s local, considerate, an absolute gem. My cats had the best time they were given the upmost attention she makes sure they’re rotated & none of them get left out. They had practically their own room for a whole month! It was like a cat hotel, she runs a tight ship & I am forever grateful for it. Always doing the best she can, being upfront & honest with me about everything. I truly trust Hope more than some of my own family especially looking out for my fur babies. She’s great company & gives you all the time you need if you’re able to visit your pets. Couldn’t have done this move without her being here & able to take my babies in. All around, BOOK HERRRR.
