About: Since I was a little girl I have always loved animals and wanted to be a veterinarian. Growing up I have raised and fostered over 20+ dogs, cats/kittens. I have also had the blessing of being able to raise a couple of ducks, geese, chickens, rabbits, and some reptiles. Had my mother let me, I would have requested a whole farm, however there were other important teachings in my adolescent years. Pet care easily fits into my flexible schedule as I am completely remote. My company is based out of Ohio and is mostly administration work which allows me the blessing to travel with my laptop and work from anywhere. I have a large backyard and a doggy door. I have three lynx point siamese kittens. All of my pets are fully vaccinated. I have three loving kids and a vast 5 bedroom home. I ask that we are completely open about your furbabys needs, so I can prepare at making them feel like they are on a vacation. And that you have peace of mind while they are here being cared for. About: This is my full time and only job. I do rover because I love it not because I need to. I am a stay at home mom and this is my favorite hobby. My daughter loves animals just as much as I do and is the best helper! We have a cat named Chomp. He is the white and orange cat with blue eyes featured in my photos. He is our only pet at the moment. I had a rescue dog for 11 years until he was around 16. Murphy is the brindle longhaired dachshund mix in the photos. I rescued him from a medical shelter. He had a broken pelvis and both back legs fractured. He had to go through an extensive amount of physical therapy before he was adoptable. He was so energetic and so sweet despite his past. However he still struggled with anxiety which I can only assume due to past trauma. I learned so much from him throughout our time together. He taught me all dogs need love and patience, some a little more than others. I take pride in doing my very best to look after all of my clients pets no matter the needs. Every pet is different and it’s important to understand how they need to be cared for. I am available to be a routine caregiver and can always take on new pets as well. About: I am an experienced pet owner who has had many dogs, cats, birds and farm animal pets in my lifetime. I am caring and responsible and will always have your babies wellbeing and safety as my top priority. I have always appreciated a pet sitter I could trust and now that I am retired, I want to give that same peace of mind to others. You have lots of options and various types / cost of care, but rest assured, I take this responsibility seriously and will be a reliable and comforting choice. I recently retired and am excited to schedule around this new fun job (caring for others pets). I am limiting my boarding to one client at a time and am only taking a few drop-ins at a time within the community I live - Estrella Mountain Ranch. This will provide greater care to YOU because I am close to home.. I have a fenced yard, and I also have a wonderful dog run (fully enclosed for safety) with easy access through an accessible pet door. I will only take one client's pet(s) in my home at a time for overall safety. For my 17 lb pup and my health & safety, I am also only taking pets in my home that are 25 lbs or under and are non-aggressive - we will have a meet and greet to ensure everyone is comfortable. I have room to accommodate pet crates if your pup is comfortable in one. Also, I will make regular visits to care for your small fur babies in their own home, if that is better for you.
