“This was my babies first daycare experience. I was super nervous since I've never used a day care service before. You could tell immediately that Sanah is a dog lover! She was welcoming and had a open environment for the dogs to roam. She kept me updated throughout the day sensing photos and videos and communicating about there day. I highly recommend her services! And I definitely plan to have my babies go back for another day of fun!”

“Emily was great with my dog Gojo! He had so much fun playing with her dog Peppa. She updated me on how he was doing throughout the day and sent pictures of his stay. About: Hello my name is Isabel! If you're looking for a calm, secure, & loving environment where your dog can feel safe, relaxed, and cared for. I would love to meet your pup! ❤️🐶 Animal Care and service was my career and my passion for many years, since I was a child. I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from several Humane Societies, Animal Care Centers, as well as volunteering for several rescues across the valley. Loving, Caring for and protecting Animals have always been my passion as well as serving in my community. This is my opportunity to share my home, my passion and my love for animals with your (furry) family member and I am excited about that. + Feel free to send a message anytime if you have questions. I stay home full time with my children. Rover is my Only job which allows me to have a very flexible schedule so that I can offer several Animal care services, and availability for last minute requests. You can be certain that your fur baby will have a lot of personalized attention around the clock. Your dog's safety & comfort are my top priorities, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am CPR certified, and have lots of experience administering medication orally, and injectable. I offer a safe, loving home with an artificial turf yard, and pavers. **No Rocks** which is perfect for dogs that suffer from “Pica”. Our yard is also fenced in with a 6ft block fence as well as a large dog run on the side of the house. I always supervise playtime to make sure everyone stays happy and safe. I sanitize daily with Wysiwash, and the dog poop is picked up as it drops. 🐶 My goal is to give every pup a safe, loving, and stress-free home-away-from-home, so you can travel with peace of mind knowing they're being cared for like family.

“Sonia is absolutely amazing — truly the best sitter I’ve ever had. She gave constant, thoughtful updates and showed so much love, care, and attention to my pup. She even accommodated me last minute, which meant the world. She exercises my dog and treats her like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. Thank you so much, Sonia”

“Joseph cared for our labradoodle on two separate days of our family vacation. Our pup can be a nervous dog, and I can be a nervous Mommy when dropping her off. Right from the start Joseph did a phenomenal job! He was personable, experienced, and clear & prompt in all of our communications from the very beginning. He knows well how to handle and care for large dogs, and he gave me some helpful and appreciated advice upon picking her up at the end of the day. We enjoyed the photos, videos, and positive updates Joseph sent throughout her time with him. I knew for certain that our fluffy family member was safe and happy during her entire stay. We will absolutely contact Joseph in the future when we're in the area again!”

“Miranda was wonderful with Meeko and took such great care of him while I was away. She was kind, communicative, and shared the cutest photos. I was so happy to hear that Meeko got along well with the other dogs, especially another dachshund! It sounded like he had such a fun and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely trust Miranda with Meeko again and highly recommend her.”

My goal is always to prioritize their emotional and physical well-being.
“I would recommend Noah and Mr. Moseby for all of your pet needs whether it’s boarding or daycare. They both took great care of my Short Rib, she was exhausted after playing all day and hanging out with Mr. Moseby. I was nervous leaving my fur baby but she was so excited and eager to see them which gave me lots of comfort and confidence I made the right choice with Noah!”

“Blanca and her family are great! Our dog really enjoys going to visit them and I know she is in good hands. I appreciate Blanca’s communication, availability, and genuine care for our sweet girl.”

“10/10 would recommend--This was our first time doing doggy day care and using Rover. Evan was great with our puppy! Evan's farm is amazing with tons of space and activities for the dogs. He is very knowledgeable, and aware of each dogs potential needs and accommodations so the dogs are comfortable. Evan is very accommodating and communicative, super fast to reply! He also sent multiple videos of our puppy playing and having fun throughout the day. Our high energy puppy got to meet other dogs and socialize. Already booked with Evan again and plan to keep booking!”

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
