I would love to meet your pup! ❤️🐶 Animal Care and service was my career and my passion for many years, since I was a child. I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from several Humane Societies, Animal Care Centers, as well as volunteering for several rescues across the valley. Loving, Caring for and protecting Animals have always been my passion as well as serving in my community. This is my opportunity to share my home, my passion and my love for animals with your (furry) family member and I am excited about that. + Feel free to send a message anytime if you have questions. I also own my own grooming table, and grooming supplies. I am not licensed but I am comfortable, and experienced with providing a bath, brush, blow out, sanitary trim, and nail trim upon request as an add on. 🛁🫧 🐶 New to Rover? I am CPR certified, and have lots of experience administering medication orally, and injectable. I offer a safe, loving home with an artificial turf yard, and pavers. **No Rocks** which is perfect for dogs that suffer from “Pica”. Our yard is also fenced in with a 6ft block fence as well as a large dog run on the side of the house. I always supervise playtime to make sure everyone stays happy and safe. I sanitize daily with Wysiwash, and the dog poop is picked up as it drops. 🐶 My goal is to give every pup a safe, loving, and stress-free home-away-from-home, so you can travel with peace of mind knowing they're being cared for like family.

About: My husband and I have opposite schedule so there is somebody here all the time. I grew up on a small farm and have surrounded my self with animals my whole life. I am a nurse by trade and am skilled at caring for small humans and animals alike. I spend a lot of time with my own pets and take every opportunity to spend time with my friends’ pets as well. My husband managed a small rural pet store for many years. He is very knowledgeable on care of all different kinds of animals, and loves them too. I only work three days per week so I am home more than 50% of the time. Additionally my husband and I work opposite schedules to manage our young teenage daughter’s schedule, so there is always someone here. Our pets are a very prominent part of our lives but we have room in our hears and our home for more. I have a fully fenced yard and a pet door into the home that is always open. I have one friendly dog, a pig, two cats, and a hedgehog. The pets share our living space and are allowed on the furniture. I am a nurse by trade and am skilled at caring for humans and animals.
“I don't think I could have found a more entertaining place for Guido to spend his day. I'm just sad that they're almost an hour's drive for me, or I would continue using them. I think Guido is actually disappointed to leave.”

About: What sets me apart is that I’ve had hands-on experience caring for multiple dogs with different needs and sizes. When I was younger, I helped my mom care for her boss’s four dogs, and once I got my driver’s license, I took over caring for them on my own. That included two small dogs and two extra-large dogs, so I’m comfortable handling dogs of all sizes. I’m dependable, patient, and make sure every dog gets the attention, exercise, and care they need. I’m confident following feeding schedules, giving medications if instructions are provided, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe and loved while their owners are away. Pet care fits very well into my routine right now. I recently graduated from cosmetology school and am currently studying for my state licensing exam, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to caring for pets. Because I’m home most of the day, I can provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I’m reliable, responsive, and happy to work around each pet’s normal routine to make sure they feel comfortable while their owner is away. My top priority is making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications (if needed), and routines to keep things as normal as possible. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and make sure they always have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a clean environment. I also keep doors and gates securely closed, avoid unsafe situations, and send regular photo and text updates so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for. I treat every pet and home with the same respect and care I would my own.

Our dogs spend the day with Lindsy to see if it was a good fit for them and it was a great experience. She sent us plenty of videos and photos our boy Mauro playing with her dog., when I went to pick him up, he looked really happy, and that’s all I needed to see. He most definitely will be staying with her from now on. Thank you Lindsy

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
