“Jaylah was absolutely amazing with my dog Luna! This was my first time using Rover, and she made the entire experience so comfortable and stress-free. She dropped in for the last three days to hang out with Luna, feed her, give her potty breaks, and spend quality playtime with her. Luna instantly loved her, which says everything because I can always tell when my dog feels safe and happy around someone. Jaylah was attentive, caring, patient, and genuinely sweet with her. I could tell Luna was getting lots of love and attention while I was away. I truly appreciated the updates, care, and effort she put into every visit. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and loving to care for their pets. Thank you again, Jaylah! 🐶✨”

“Daisy is an excellent care taker and I am so happy to have found her. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my kitty is taken care of. I trust her completely and never have to worry when I leave my kitty with her because I know he’s in good hands. Thank you daisy!”

“Christy went above and beyond while caring for our German Shepherd. From the beginning, it was clear that Nani was in loving and attentive hands. Christy made sure she was fed on schedule, kept her area clean by consistently picking up after her, and even took the time to brush her so she stayed comfortable and well cared for. What stood out the most was the genuine affection and attention Christy gave her. Nani can be particular about people, but she quickly became comfortable and happy around her, which says a lot. We received updates that gave us peace of mind and could tell she was getting plenty of love, patience, and care while we were away. It’s obvious Christy truly went above and beyond to make Nani feel safe and loved. I would absolutely trust her with Nani again and highly recommend Christy to anyone looking for a dependable, kind, and thoughtful sitter.”
“Danielle took fantastic care of our pups! She was extremely flexible regarding a last-minute drop-in booking, and sent us plenty of updates (and adorable photos) during her visits. Would absolutely recommend her services.”

“Emily is THE BEST. I had a stress-free vacation in terms of worrying about my dogs back at home. She understood our pups' needs and personalities and took such great care of them. She kept us updated on everything, sent reassuring pics, managed our packages/deliveries coming to the house while we were gone. I think she even did the dishes I accidentally left in the sink! Just above and beyond. I will absolutely be contacting her again if we take another trip. So happy we chose her as our dog sitter!”

We loved having Jaylah check on our cat, Sophie! Communication was great when Sophie had some stomach upset and Jaylah sent detailed updates everyday, along with tons of photos. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing Sophie was well taken care of. We’ll definitely book with Jaylah again!

We had Allyson do a drop in when we took a day trip to Phoenix. She had stayed with our pets for a long weekend, so we were perfectly comfortable that all would go well. And it did. She’s a great communicator and really cares about our animals. Highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Cashion. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
