“Cassandra has been great! This is our second booking with her. She’s does a great job with our cats while we’re away. Always provides an ETA of arrival, sends pics, videos, updates. Will book again!”
“Great experience with Amasiah! We've hired him twice to watch after my Alaskan malamute and Chihuahua. He has a great demeanor with them and they enjoy him. He's punctual and follows direction which has made travel for us stress free.”

“Kim and D went above and beyond for our kitties for nearly 2 weeks. They're great at responding, providing updates, being flexible, and they are kind animal lovers. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.”

“Leslie is so great! She fed and administered meds to our two kitties for four days while we were away on a trip. We could tell right away at our meet & greet that she is very good with animals. Even our normally shy / skittish kitty came out of the back room and went right up to Leslie to greet her. When we got home my wife commented on how good our one kitty who receives meds looked, and they both were happy and relaxed; none of the complaining ‘I’m mad because you’ve been gone!’ Meowing that we used to get upon returning. Thank you, Leslie! Highly recommended, and we definitely will be booking her again if we can!”

“So grateful to have Stephanie care for our dogs. She provided loving care to them while we were on vacation and it was so comforting to know she was with them! I couldn’t recommend her any more! I think our dogs would agree! Thank you Stephanie!”

About: As someone who has lived in a household animated by dogs for most of her life, I have many years of experience caring for them too. Whether your dog is shy or outgoing, active or more leisurely, puppy or adult or elderly - I'm confident I can provide safe, fun and affectionate experience for them while you're away. I'm happy to walk your dog and/or just visit with them at your home. I can bathe your dog, administer medications if needed, and send text/photo updates about my visit with your pet upon request as well. *Because i work full-time and only take Rover bookings on a part-time basis, I'm available during very early am (5-630am) or late afternoon (3-6pm) hours only. My own dog is an indoor dog and very much part of the family. We take special care with his diet and give him the daily walks/exercise he needs - I'll show the same care, concern and affection with your pup too!
“Dieulange was super friendly and very kind to my Kitty while I was out of town. She gave her oral liquid meds without issue and was reliable, quick to respond.”

“Stephanie was great! Our kitties can be a little difficult at times but I felt at ease knowing she was keeping an eye on them, it's her attention to detail that I loved the most. You can tell she truly cares about animals and wants them to be comfortable while in her care :) please use her for all of your Rover needs!”

“Tiffany was a great dog sitter! She was punctual, communicative and took great care of my senior dog. The house was in perfect condition when I came back home. I would recommend her and welcome her back anytime!”

“Nicole was amazing!! She took great care of Mason and he had everything he needed while we were gone. Nicole is reliable and such a delight to work with! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!”

“Elizabeth was very responsive and kind ! She took extra care to follow my notes. I felt totally at peace knowing she was with my babies when I couldn’t be ! I would highly recommend her services to anyone. She’s an above and beyond professional!”

“Fantastic and very caring for the babies as usual! Our pets have an absolute blast with xianna, and I feel very confident with the care that the pets are going to get when xianna is scheduled to drop in!”

“Emily is THE BEST. I had a stress-free vacation in terms of worrying about my dogs back at home. She understood our pups' needs and personalities and took such great care of them. She kept us updated on everything, sent reassuring pics, managed our packages/deliveries coming to the house while we were gone. I think she even did the dishes I accidentally left in the sink! Just above and beyond. I will absolutely be contacting her again if we take another trip. So happy we chose her as our dog sitter!”

“I would like to first off start by stating that I went through five different interviews in order to find Marisa!! For the original meet and greet, I was worried as she was one of the last people we were interviewing from the Rover app. She was on time and made no excuses about being tardy, nor having to reschedule ultimately very reliable from the first time we met her after that she did come and do a test run with the drop in visit and did absolutely amazing. For example, my dog ended up urinating in my house and she had seen some Clorox wipes and obviously there was paper towels and other stuff there she could have left the urine on the ground and that would've actually been fine with me because I would've picked it up, but she actually went the extra step as to clean it up and use Clorox wipes and she threw it away!! So from the beginning, I knew she was absolutely amazing Ever since then she has been walking our dog and doing drop in visits. She has done multiple and I will continue to book with her because my dog is a puppy (1.5 years old) still and doesn't know how to control his excitement so to other people he can be scary, but to Marisa she was able to contain him get his behavior traits, lockdown and ultimately be able to already to train him in a certain routine that they have together which he absolutely loves Now that we won't be out of town coming up soon she may not be walking him or doing drop in visits as much but we will definitely be using her on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend for anyone that is needing drop in visits or pet care to hire Marisa because she is absolutely amazing and again my dog is 80 pounds plus being a Staffy mix with American pitbull he is super strong and can be very aggressive towards other dogs and she has been able to keep him under control. Thank you again Marisa for providing the most amazing outstanding care for our baby and loving him just as much as we do I will forever be grateful for finding you. Thank you again!!!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would!! Mya is amazing...she definitely has a way with my pups! (Who are picky, lol). She did a great job. She's on time, takes pictures and always tops of my pups' water when she leaves. The play time she puts in adds that special touch! My dogs loooovvve tug of war & fetch with their stuffed toys and Mya happily obliged!! Definitely will be using her amazing services again and again. She was a sweet life saver for me!!”

“They were very caring and attentive to my little group of dogs. They all have wildly different needs, and Morgan and Jeanette were easily able to accommodate. I’m very grateful for them.”

“Ariana did an amazing job taking care of my dog, Max. She was responsible, caring, spent lots of time playing with him, and made sure he was always well looked after. I’m very grateful for her help. If you’re looking for someone reliable and who truly loves dogs, she’s the one to pick.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Glendale
I have used Xianna several times in the past and I always know that Zoe will be well taken care of. She always sends details of each visit and pictures so I know exactly what's going on when I'm gone and Zoe looks forward to seeing her as well. I know I can trust Xianna to take care of Zoe as if she was her own and will not hesitate to use her in the future.
They were amazing sitters for our cat and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. We loved all of the updates, photos/videos and sweet photo card we received at the end of the trip. This was the first trip we’ve taken where we weren’t constantly worried about Ella and were extremely thankful they were experienced in giving her her meds everyday. Thank you both so much!!💕

Melissa took great care of my cat Polaroid while I was away. She made sure he was fed, cleaned his litter box, and kept everything tidy throughout the stay. She also sent photos and updates, which I really appreciated even though he can be a little shy and didn’t come out much. Overall, she was reliable and did everything that was needed while I was gone. I felt comfortable knowing he was being looked after.

Richelle was an absolutely exemplary sitter and we could not be happier with how well our pets were cared for. From the initial contact to iron out booking details to the daily check-ins Richelle kept an open line of contact which, for first time Rover users, was so incredibly helpful and put us at ease which made it easier to actually enjoy our trip. 20/10 would recommend Richelle but also want to gatekeep her because she is an absolute gem and we will definitely be reaching out to her the next time we plan any future trips!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Glendale. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
