“Kimberly & Deanna D. were amazing with my dog, Oso!!! When I had to extend Oso's visit twice due to unforseeable circumstances, they were able not only able to accommodate, but went out of their way to make him comfortable. He ended up being with them for about a month and a half. When he was injured, due to no fault of theirs, they ensured appropriate medical treatment was sought. They communicated clearly and I received multiple pictures and notes during his stay with them. Oso is really going to miss them!”

“The best! It was like a playdate for my boy. He had a blast. Xavier was very communicative. Received updates and felt confident Coop was in good hands. He loved a break from apartment life to enjoy the backyard. Will definitely rebook when Coop needs a sitter again. Thanks Xavier!”

“Crystal and family were great and took great care of our dog Chai. She was very responsive when we booked and during the time Chai stayed with her. Will definitely have Chai stay with them again!”

“Absolutely love that my pups could have a special Thanksgiving surrounded by love from Ash and her family. Ash gave them each their special pup cups which is so sweet. All my pups are foodies and it was wonderful that this was included without any upcharge that would be typical at a boarding facility. As usual I was sent such cute pictures and videos. The newest picture is now my phone screen saver. Don't hesitate to use Ash! She's truly the best.”

“Van and her husband always do an amazing job taking care of Bella! She’s very trustworthy and keeps me updated everyday. This is my third or fourth time using Van, 100% recommend her!!!”

“David was so communicative, kind and accommodating, which we really appreciated with our newborn baby and work schedules. We also appreciated all the videos and pictures he sent of our boys. Thank you for taking such good care of them! :)”

“This was the absolute best experience we have had to date with Rover! Sydney and her husband cared for our three doodles for 6 days while we were on vacation. They made our boys feel at home immediately and kept us updated daily with lovely pictures and videos. She is extremely responsible and responsive to any questions or concerns that come up during their stay. We HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone in the market for a dog sitter. They could not have done a better job. Thank you, Sydney!!😊”

“Jeremy and his family were great! I am so thankful to have found them, chief had so much fun running around. We felt such at ease all weekend. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!”

“Ollie loved his time with Dawn and Andrew! It was probably the best week of his life actually. They sent pictures and videos daily, and took care of him as if he was their own. Highly recommend.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Sanah for a second round of services, and I can honestly say she is an absolute angel. She is incredibly nurturing and caring with my little boy, Max, which gave me complete peace of mind. She kept me consistently updated with pictures and progress, and her communication throughout was excellent. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.”

“Raleigh seemed very happy with Mitch and their fur kid, Shelby. Lots of walks and attention to instructions for my pickey eater. We have already booked another stay.”

“Tiffany was great! Planned a meet and greet with our pups before hand and booked right away. My pups are super high energy and she and her husband handled them so well, gave them lots of exercise. Got lots of photos/updates with my doggos looking super happy, too. Will definitely book again :)”

“Remi had a great stay and we had a great experience with Kristin, we will definitely use her again in the future. She offered a meet and greet first, which was nice because a lot of rovers arn’t allowing that feature much anymore. I like that she has all small dogs. She sent pictures for updates and took her on walks which was nice.”

“Kristi was amazing with our dog Bella! She was communicative, sent daily updates and pics, and was very flexible and understanding of our schedules. We felt completely at ease the whole 7 days. She has a beautiful home and huge backyard where my dog had so much fun. We even got Bella back bathed and smelling amazing! I would definitely book again with her!”

“Leia was absolutely wonderful with my dog! She was incredibly responsible, detailed, and organized throughout the entire stay. I really appreciated her clear communication and regular updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she genuinely cares and puts thought into everything she does. Goro was in great hands, and it made my trip so much easier. We’d definitely love to book with her again!”

“Absolutely fantastic person! Was able to book on short notice and was super kind and accommodating. Was super good with my dog from the beginning and really put me at ease at drop off. Made sure to update me on my baby about halfway through the stay. 10/10 would use again.”

“Gideon had the best week with Fanny- a little vacation of his own hanging out with all the pups! You can they truly love animals in this home; Gideon got tons of attention, playtime, and care the whole time. We came home to one happy, relaxed pup. Trustworthy, loving, and highly recommend. We’ll definitely book again!”

“Joyce was very communicative, friendly, amd gave plenty of updates on how Gigi was doing under her care. I would recommend Joyce to anyone in need of a dedicated, enthusiastic dog sitter”

“Marisa and Michael were awesome! Frequently sent pictures and updates throughout Nemo’s stay. Will definitely request them again next time I have to go out of town.”

“I trust that my dog was taken care right based on how my dog was upon pick up and body language. She seemed her normal happy self and had once home she had no different habits. I met Bryana before dropping of my dog, her home is perfect for all my dogs needs. She was attentive to all i was telling her about my dog and recalled it all. I also got a good gut feeling about her which was important to me before dropping off my dog. She was also transparent about the schedule. During the stay i received a pic a day. I do wish i received more pics and videos to kind of get a sense of what my dog was doing but i also didn’t set that expectation with Bryanna which is why I’m not taking stars off for that. I’d say set up that expectation beforehand. Other than that i have nothing negative to say. I’d definitely use her again.”

“Nicole is so so so amazing. She took such great care of my sweet older cat, Maggie. She was so diligent and on top of all her many medications. Nicole was so great about communicating with me, any minor changes to Maggie’s eating or bathroom and she was on top of it to communicate with me so I always knew what was going on. She was so kind as to even meet with me and come to my house in her own time before going on my trip for me to explain everything and walk her through Maggie’s routine. Even with an older cat with health problems, I knew my cat would be in great care with Nicole.”

“Martha was amazing! She is responsive, responsible, and incredibly kind. My kitties warmed up to her really quickly and loved playing with her and getting pets from her. I always worry about the cats when I am away, but not this time. Martha put my worries to ease, sent pictures every day and was typically a few minutes early to each visit. If you are looking for a pet sitter, I highly recommend Martha. I know my kitties are going to miss her.”

“Jasmine was fantastic! I reached out very last minute and she was very accommodating, which I’m very happy about. I also appreciated all the sweet pictures I received.”

About: I've grown up around dogs my entire life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. I genuinely love being around animals and enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality. Over the years, I've cared for dogs for family and friends whenever they've needed someone they could trust. While I'm new to pet sitting professionally, providing loving, dependable care is something I've been doing for years. I've also cared for a few cats and enjoy making sure they feel comfortable and well looked after too. I'm currently on a health journey, so I actually enjoy getting outside for walks and staying active. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or simply having someone keep them company, I'm happy to meet them where they're at. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and cared for while giving you peace of mind whenever you're away. I'm self-employed, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs throughout the week. Whether your pet needs daytime visits, overnight care, or a consistent routine, I'm happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. I do my best to keep Sundays free for personal and family commitments, but I'm available most other days and will always communicate my availability clearly. My goal is to provide dependable, attentive care that fits both your schedule and your pet's routine. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk or staying in your home, I treat every pet with patience, care, and respect. I prioritize secure leash handling, safe walking routes, and making sure your pet gets the exercise and attention they need while staying comfortable with their routine. For house sitting, I strive to keep your pet's day as normal as possible by following feeding schedules, potty breaks, medication instructions (if needed), and any household guidelines you provide. I'll also keep your home clean and secure while you're away and send regular updates with photos, so you can relax knowing your pet and home are in good hands.
“I was worried about using Rover for the first time and having a stranger in my house while I was not there but Emily was everything I could have hoped for! She was very nice, quick to respond, on time, sent me pictures on every visit, and went above and beyond. 10 out of 10 stars for Emily. Thank you Emily for your professionalism and taking care of Ivy!”

“Elizabeth was an amazing pet sitter for our two kitties! She made sure to not only give specialized play time with our younger cat, but also gave space to our older shy cat. Both cats seemed to love being around her and we would love to have her catsit for us again!”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Glendale
“Marisa was amazing with our baby. It was her first time at doggie daycare and first time staying with someone who was not family. Marisa sent lots of updates and photos throughout the day which eased our minds and made us smile. Gracie looked like she was having the time of her life, I was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home! Thank you Marisa for taking such great care of, and loving on, Gracie while she was in your care. We are so thankful for you!”

“I don't think I could have found a more entertaining place for Guido to spend his day. I'm just sad that they're almost an hour's drive for me, or I would continue using them. I think Guido is actually disappointed to leave.”

About: I've personally trained two high-energy puppies — an Australian Shepherd and a Golden Retriever — so I know firsthand what it takes to keep dogs engaged, well-behaved, and happy. My patience is genuinely my superpower. I never rush a nervous dog or force comfort — I let them set the pace until they feel right at home. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and breeds for 10+ years and pride myself on being able to provide the reliable and loving care they need when their owners are away. Working from home means your dog gets full-time supervision and companionship — no long hours alone, ever. We kick off most mornings with a walk so the pups can sniff to their heart's content, then spend the day enjoying our large indoor space and fully fenced yard. I'm a big believer in enrichment activities to keep minds sharp and tails wagging. Oh, and both my husband and I are certified cuddle providers — your dog will not go unloved here! Caring for dogs is just part of our everyday life — and we wouldn't have it any other way! Our two resident pups, ages 5 and 1, are total social butterflies who love meeting new dog friends and help break the ice for any newcomers. Working from home means I'm always around, so your dog gets real companionship all day long — not just check-ins. Between my husband and me, there's always someone ready with a belly rub, a walk, or a fun enrichment activity. Your dog won't just be cared for here — they'll be spoiled. Will usually suggest a meet and greet prior to introducing the pups to one another to create a safe and welcoming home and make sure everyone feels safe.
“Kylee was super communicative and very responsive. She made us feel pretty relaxed. Auggie was super tired which is a good thing and he seems to love his time at day camp. He would definitely be coming back.”

“Joyce has been the absolutely best, so very helpful and knowledgeable! My dog absolutely adores her and gets excited when I say her name! I look forward to hearing more stories from their times together (: if I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!!”

“Asia and Brennan gave me great peace of mind with my baby angel. It’s evident she had a great time as her head hit the pillow as soon as we got home. Thank you!”

“This was my babies first daycare experience. I was super nervous since I've never used a day care service before. You could tell immediately that Sanah is a dog lover! She was welcoming and had a open environment for the dogs to roam. She kept me updated throughout the day sensing photos and videos and communicating about there day. I highly recommend her services! And I definitely plan to have my babies go back for another day of fun!”

“Emily was very gracious and accommodated a last minute sitting request for my puppy Sydney. She was friendly, responded quickly and was very easy to deal with. Sydney was very comfortable, ran right inside the house and didn't want to leave at the end when I went to pick her back up. Would absolutely use again.”

“Truly, the best sitter ever and this is coming from a first time Rover user was very nervous, but felt that this was the right place for dolce tons of updates and they have beautiful dogs truly thankful”

“Dory and Daisy had a great time. I felt very comfortable leaving my pets with them knowing that they would be well taken care of. Nicolette and her husband are very gracious and kind. I could tell they love their pets and would do the same for mine. I will definitely use their services in the future.”

“Daniel was absolutely wonderful with our girl Harlo! He kept us posted with pics and text messages of her daily walks. Harlo can be quite challenging especially getting older and being reactive to other dogs. However, with all the challenges Daniel made sure Harlo was comfortable. Unfortunately, I missed a flight out of Florida the first time Daniel kept Harlo the week of the 13. My family and I couldn’t catch the next flight until the following day. I felt horrible as Daniel had already booked another client, which he had to cancel by no fault of his own. When I called to explain my situation he was still very patient and kind. I have found my forever pet sitter. Thanks again Daniel!”

“Wendy took excellent care of our girl, Ruby. Our dog sitting request was very last minute, and Wendy was able to accommodate us. She was very easy to communicate with and did send pics/videos to update us on all their fun. We would definitely have Wendy watch Ruby again when we’re in Sedona next.”

“We are very happy with Dawn and Andrew how they made our fur baby part of themself and take care of him as their own pet, my fur baby loves visiting them ,its a fun place for him and he enjoys the time with the family .”

About: Hi! 👋🏻 My name is Olivia, I’ve been with the Rover community for about 4 years now, but Happy Dog House Calls is where it all started. I joined the Rover community to meet new families who might need my pet sitting/house sitting services! I work with a wide variety of pets, not limited to just dogs and cats. I welcome most pets, including farm animals and complete farm care, as well as trained service animals. I'm more than happy to care for all of your furry or not so furry family members! I have a regular clientele of pets who have special needs, pets who experience anxiety or separation anxiety, some who are deaf or blind, others who are elderly, have injuries or health issues. These special needs sweethearts are always welcome on my schedule. My entire life I’ve had a passion for animals, so much so I’ve made it my career. I mean, who doesn’t want to spend all their time with animals!? I'm looking for opportunities to fulfill my passion, this is where you and your family come in! Upon scheduling, I will request a “Meet & Greet” at your home, which is required before any services are rendered. This gives your pet and I the opportunity to meet and get to know each other, this also lets your baby get familiar with my scent so I’m not a stranger entering your home. During this time we will go over your pets routine, any rules (whether they rule the house or you do, I’m here for it all), you can also show me around your home and go over any special instructions or medications. This is the ideal time to give me a key or code to enter (should we decide to work together). This visit is of course no charge. A little bit about each service: Walks- 30 min walk. Your choice of leisure walks with lots of sniffing and exploring (your dogs version of reading the morning news paper or as I call it, checking “Peemails”) or focused, brisk walks for exercise and winding down. Please have a leash and harness or collar, that fits correctly with no rips or tears. *Clients who are seeking my walking services, once the temperature reaches 84° I will not be available for walks, unless the morning or evening temp is at or under 84°, which I can walk with them then. The asphalt is too hot and heat stroke is a risk at that temperature. Exceptions are made for potty walks as long as there is shade. Drop-in Visits- 30 minute visit includes: Playtime, snuggles, feeding, medication administration, walking, potty breaks and treats. House sitting- 3 different options to choose from (please include which option will work best with your family in the initial booking request): Option 1. Overnight only- $150 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Arriving at your home around 9pm (8pm available) staying the night until around 6am the next morning. Includes plant watering, bringing in the mail, putting trash cans out and some other household duties. Option 2. Overnight with a mid day drop-in- $175 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of option 1, plus a drop-in visit midday for potty breaks, play and snuggles. Option 3. Daytime & Overnight stay- $250 1st dog (Additional dog $25): Includes all of options 1 & 2, plus coming and going throughout the rest of the day. *For Rover Holiday dates & puppy care, inquire about pricing ‼️Please include which house sitting option you’d like in your initial booking request‼️ I am available full time, early mornings, mid-days, late nights, even overnight stays, any length of stay, be it one day or 6 months long, this is my only job, allowing me to cater to you and your pets needs. I am willing to be as flexible as possible to make your time away from your pets 110% stress free for all of you. My availability is wide open, including most holidays (book early as these dates fill up fast) and some last minute requests. Same day bookings are available for walks and drop-ins, I typically require a 7 day notice for all bookings, but life can be unpredictable, so I offer same day bookings for an extra charge. Same day bookings are an additional $5. you will see this as an "Additional Charge" on your Rover invoice. ‼️THE ROVER APP HAS A GLITCH, THEIR CALENDAR FOR ME IS NOT CORRECT, PLEASE SEND A REQUEST EVEN IF IT SAYS THAT I AM UNAVAILABLE, AS I AM MOST LIKELY AVAILABLE‼️ I am also able to travel with you and your pet family for any vacation needs. I can drive your pets should flying not be an option. Please inquire further for this service. Safety always comes first. Absolutely trust that all of my attention will be on your pets for the entirety of the stay. This gives me the opportunity to give you a detailed update on your pets during our visit (I will write these updates during the visit, as well as taking pictures). Each visit I will send over the 4-6 photos I took of each pet as well as the detailed update I wrote. Your home as well as your pets, will be treated with the utmost respect, I will treat them like they are my own. I’m very cautious of making sure gates, pool gates and locks are always secured for your pet and homes safety. Speaking of safety, security cameras are not just acceptable, they are encouraged, for your piece of mind as well as in case of an emergency, typically I can be to your home within minutes if you see something concerning.
“This was our first daycare experience and Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. She checked in frequently throughout the day and sent picture updates. Macy usually has a little anxiety in new situations but Jennifer put her so at ease, there was none. Thank you for giving Macy such a exceptional experience!”

Pet sitting and dog walking is currently my full-time job 😊 I’m available most days — including weekends and holidays — and happy to accommodate same-day requests when possible. Caring for animals is truly the best part of my day! I only offer drop-in visits and walking services, as I believe pets are most comfortable in their own home. I really enjoy this a lot and I am currently working free lance and would love to add more animal time to my schedule. I also have some sweet pups of my own. Please feel assured I will follow any instructions given to ensure your pet’s safety and happiness while you are away. Your pet remaining comfortable is the goal.

About: Hi! My name is Nyjha, I have three dogs named Max, Winston, and Loki. I’ve had Max for 11 years and Loki and Winston are new additions to my family as we've had them for 2 years now. We are a very athletic family so we do spend a lot of our time outdoors but we also spend a grand amount of time at the house. We have lots of toys and LOTS of love to go round! We go out on walks every morning, we prefer that the dogs are not on the furniture. We feed our dogs “Just 6" dog food, if you’d prefer your dog to have a certain kind of food please bring it for the dog. We do ask that you bring a leash, a bed (if it is preferred by the owner as we do have extra beds), food, any types of medication needed for the dog, and a happy dog :) I'm a college student visiting home for the summer so I spend most of my day if not the entire day at home with my dogs and may go out on occasion to run some errands I have three dogs to keep your dog company and we do have a crate if your dog needs one! There is a dog park nearby that we walk to to play with the dogs. They are fed twice a day with treats in between their meals. We also have a separate room incase your dog is not well around other dogs.
About: I have experience in caring for almost every type of animals including livestock, dogs, cats, reptiles, and wildlife(managed a wildlife rehab). I am also a veterinary student, so I am very well rounded in the care of animals both small and large. I have always had multiple types of animals growing up, as I was in 4-H and FFA. Which these organization gave me the sense that the animals will always be cared before yourself as they can not care for themselves. I have taken care of friends, family, and neighbors animals since the age of 8. In 4-H and FFA I also trained and showed my own dogs in showmanship and obedience. I have experience handing all shapes and sizes of dogs, as well as reactive dogs. I can give medications as needed and any other task that is given to me. I am a very detailed orientated person and can take direction very well. I currently own three of my own cats, that are cared for multiple times a day from the basics of feeding , making sure they have fresh water, cleaning litter boxes, and interacting with them to give them daily stimulation to prevent boredom. I worked as a veterinary technician for 2.5 years and am currently attending Veterinary school. The animals safety is my utmost top priority in any given situation as I could not imagine something happening to my own. When providing care of animals in your own home I will ensure doors are closed and that they are monitored outdoors. If they are to be taken on a leash I will try my best to ensure they are safe and not to put them in any potential danger. I am able to place them in crates if needed.
About: I have 5+ years of experience caring for dogs of all ages and needs, including puppies, blind dogs, dogs with autoimmune conditions, and dogs with skin sensitivities. I am patient, attentive, and experienced with routines, medication support, gentle handling, and creating a calm, safe environment so every dog feels comfortable and cared for. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe and loved while staying with me. Pet care fits into my daily routine. I’m a full-time online student, so I’m home and able to plan my day around feeding times, walks, playtime, and rest. I follow consistent schedules and routines, and I’m comfortable giving medications when needed. I check in on the dogs throughout the day and adjust care based on their needs, especially for puppies or dogs that require extra attention. I care for pets as if they’re my own. In my home, I keep a calm and safe environment with a consistent routine for meals, walks, playtime, and rest. I follow any instructions the owner provides, including feeding schedules, medications, skin care, or special needs. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and never overwhelmed.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my genuine love and understanding of animals, along with hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages and needs. I have experience with puppy training, including crate training, leash walking, and basic commands using positive reinforcement. I’m also comfortable caring for senior pets who may need a little extra patience, medication, or mobility support. I’m attentive, dependable, and always focused on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their routine. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, administering medicine, or just giving extra snuggles, I treat every pet like family. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule to make sure pets get consistent attention, whether it’s regular walks, feeding times, play, or check-ins. I’m used to early mornings for feeding or bathroom breaks, and I’m flexible with evening routines like walks, medication, or just spending time giving them love and attention. I treat pet care like a priority, not a task—because I know how much pets depend on structure, consistency, and companionship. Whether I’m caring for pets in my own home or in a client’s home, safety and trust are always my top priorities. I follow any instructions carefully—whether it’s feeding schedules, medications, walking routines, or behavior guidelines. I make sure the environment is calm, pet-safe, and comfortable, with plenty of love and supervision. I keep an eye on things like open doors, toxic foods, or anything that could pose a risk. In a client’s home, I respect their space and aim to keep their pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I also send updates and photos, so families feel confident knowing their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

“Kristi was amazing with our dog Bella! She was communicative, sent daily updates and pics, and was very flexible and understanding of our schedules. We felt completely at ease the whole 7 days.

“Mitchell took excellent care of my dog, Nabi, and it was clear that she had a wonderful time with him. I knew she was in good hands, but I especially appreciated the photo and video updates while I was away. Seeing how happy and well cared for she was gave me a great deal of peace of mind. I would absolutely book with Mitchell again without hesitation!”
