About: I grew up with animals in my home my whole life ranging from cats, big and little doggies. I studied at Fairfield technical high school for animal management. There I got certified to handle animals, groom, and pet CPR. I have volunteered and shadowed at vet clinics administering vaccines and waking pets up from surgery. I have pet sat for friends and family since I was a teenager. I am skilled in puppies and senior animals with disabilities. I am currently in my last semester of college for my bachelors online. My schedule is completely open all day everyday for pet care in the area. I currently own one kitty that is desensitized to other animals. I do live in an apartment that can accommodate certain animals. There is not a fenced area but there is grass.

“I would like to first off start by stating that I went through five different interviews in order to find Marisa!! For the original meet and greet, I was worried as she was one of the last people we were interviewing from the Rover app. She was on time and made no excuses about being tardy, nor having to reschedule ultimately very reliable from the first time we met her after that she did come and do a test run with the drop in visit and did absolutely amazing. For example, my dog ended up urinating in my house and she had seen some Clorox wipes and obviously there was paper towels and other stuff there she could have left the urine on the ground and that would've actually been fine with me because I would've picked it up, but she actually went the extra step as to clean it up and use Clorox wipes and she threw it away!! So from the beginning, I knew she was absolutely amazing Ever since then she has been walking our dog and doing drop in visits. She has done multiple and I will continue to book with her because my dog is a puppy (1.5 years old) still and doesn't know how to control his excitement so to other people he can be scary, but to Marisa she was able to contain him get his behavior traits, lockdown and ultimately be able to already to train him in a certain routine that they have together which he absolutely loves Now that we won't be out of town coming up soon she may not be walking him or doing drop in visits as much but we will definitely be using her on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend for anyone that is needing drop in visits or pet care to hire Marisa because she is absolutely amazing and again my dog is 80 pounds plus being a Staffy mix with American pitbull he is super strong and can be very aggressive towards other dogs and she has been able to keep him under control. Thank you again Marisa for providing the most amazing outstanding care for our baby and loving him just as much as we do I will forever be grateful for finding you. Thank you again!!!”

We've hired Amasiah a few times now and our dogs love his calm demeanor! it’s very important to us that someone doesn’t rile up the dogs when coming by to keep a good environment to keep structure between our dogs. He's great at following our strict instructions and is comfortable with our large Malamute. We are very grateful for him working with our last-minute schedules and plan to hire him going forward.
Holly was absolutely amazing! We were really nervous about leaving our fur babies, but she quickly put us at ease. Melissa took great care of my cat Polaroid while I was away. She made sure he was fed, cleaned his litter box, and kept everything tidy throughout the stay. Overall, she was reliable and did everything that was needed while I was gone. I felt comfortable knowing he was being looked after.
