About: I have taken care of dogs for many of my neighbors, friends and family as well as cats, fish and of course a gecko! I also have a dog who’s been in my life for 13 years named winter! I am a student at GCU!! Class schedule: Monday: 6:30am-6:30pm Tuesday: 8:00am-10:30am Wednesday: 8:00am-11:30am Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm Friday: Depends Watching your pet will consist of lots of playing, potty breaks, walks and most important lots of fun! About: I grew up with animals in my home my whole life ranging from cats, big and little doggies. I studied at Fairfield technical high school for animal management. There I got certified to handle animals, groom, and pet CPR. I have volunteered and shadowed at vet clinics administering vaccines and waking pets up from surgery. I have pet sat for friends and family since I was a teenager. I am skilled in puppies and senior animals with disabilities. I am currently in my last semester of college for my bachelors online. My schedule is completely open all day everyday for pet care in the area. I currently own one kitty that is desensitized to other animals. I do live in an apartment that can accommodate certain animals. There is not a fenced area but there is grass.

“I would like to first off start by stating that I went through five different interviews in order to find Marisa!! For the original meet and greet, I was worried as she was one of the last people we were interviewing from the Rover app. She was on time and made no excuses about being tardy, nor having to reschedule ultimately very reliable from the first time we met her after that she did come and do a test run with the drop in visit and did absolutely amazing. For example, my dog ended up urinating in my house and she had seen some Clorox wipes and obviously there was paper towels and other stuff there she could have left the urine on the ground and that would've actually been fine with me because I would've picked it up, but she actually went the extra step as to clean it up and use Clorox wipes and she threw it away!! So from the beginning, I knew she was absolutely amazing Ever since then she has been walking our dog and doing drop in visits. She has done multiple and I will continue to book with her because my dog is a puppy (1.5 years old) still and doesn't know how to control his excitement so to other people he can be scary, but to Marisa she was able to contain him get his behavior traits, lockdown and ultimately be able to already to train him in a certain routine that they have together which he absolutely loves Now that we won't be out of town coming up soon she may not be walking him or doing drop in visits as much but we will definitely be using her on a regular basis. I would 100% recommend for anyone that is needing drop in visits or pet care to hire Marisa because she is absolutely amazing and again my dog is 80 pounds plus being a Staffy mix with American pitbull he is super strong and can be very aggressive towards other dogs and she has been able to keep him under control. Thank you again Marisa for providing the most amazing outstanding care for our baby and loving him just as much as we do I will forever be grateful for finding you. Thank you again!!!”

I have owned several different breeds, including Poodles, Cocker Spaniels, Cockapoos, a Scottish Terrior, a Schnauzer, a Corgi, a Bassett Hound/Beagle, and now a Morkie! About: I have grown up with over 20 pets! I’m happy as long as the pets are. I can provide diligent love and care for them as well as keep them safe. My schedule is open and flexible for plenty of walks and play time. I currently work part time around noon, so I have free time to take pets on plenty of walks around the neighborhood or down to the local park! I have no other animals in the house. Walks: I can provide as many walks needed by your pets everyday. I live in a nice house right off of Iron Springs with a park just down the road. Boarding: I’m willing to travel for overnight pet stays at the owners home or happily accept pets to stay at my house. I don’t have pet supplies for overnight stays so the owner would need to provide them. I’m also very flexible with the times that I can come pet sit or have a pet stay with me overnight. There are no other pets in my home currently, I can crate them or give medicine if needed.

Melissa took great care of my cat Polaroid while I was away. She made sure he was fed, cleaned his litter box, and kept everything tidy throughout the stay. She also sent photos and updates, which I really appreciated even though he can be a little shy and didn’t come out much. Overall, she was reliable and did everything that was needed while I was gone. I felt comfortable knowing he was being looked after.
Richelle was an absolutely exemplary sitter and we could not be happier with how well our pets were cared for.
