About: I am an experienced pet caregiver, and in another life I was a veterinary assistant. I now work from home, so I want to spread love and care to all pets big and small! Annabella stayed extra long during her visit to reassure Loki and comfort him. Our litter robot also had a connection issue, and she was able to reset it & set up an emergency litter box I had shipped to the home. The fire alarm situation caused me a lot of anxiety at the beginning of the trip, but the daily updates and photos from Annabella made me feel so much better and we were able to thoroughly enjoy the rest of our trip, knowing our boy was in good hands!
