“Emily was incredible over the weekend! She was amazing with Peaches and sending updates/pictures! I would definitely recommend her and will be using her in the future!”

“Elizabeth was amazing dog sitting both my dogs. She followed all the instructions and requests, she even went above and beyond sent pictures of my pups. Would definitely have her watch my pups in the future and recommending her to friends and family.”

“2 dogs and 3 cats. Pleasant from the 1st meet & greet. Loved the photos daily. Good communication and on time for visits. It’s hard to find someone to trust, so look not further. This can be your person too. Thank you!!”

“Daizy is great! Everything you’d want in a host - responsive, communicative, flexible, and a genuine animal lover. She sent us plenty of pictures, and when we came home I could tell my boys had been well taken care of. We have been booking with Daizy since we moved to the area and will continue to do so. I recommend her to others in the Goodyear area!”

“Issym was wonderful from start to finish. One of my two dogs is timid and not at all food-driven. She doesn't usually come or even eat for someone she doesn't know. I understand this about her and told Issy that I expect she might not eat all her food or even come when called. However, after the first visit, Issy was able to make a connection with her somehow. This resulted in my dog Yami eating for Issy and even licking her! She seldom does that to a stranger. Both my dogs were very well cared for. Issy gave an allergy pill to my other dog (who is the total opposite of Yami!). I highly recommend Issy and hope she is available the next time I have to leave town.”

“Wonderful care! Messaged about how our dogs were responding to a new person from the beginning of their care, which was especially helpful since we just moved and were going out of town. Sent pics and updates of the care provided throughout!”

“Im a return client and very happy with her service! Super friendly, good with our two dogs, and thoughtful to do things like take out the trash. Will likely book her again😊”

“Brianna was absolutely amazing with our puppy! She took such great care of him, and he looked so comfortable and happy in every picture she sent. We loved all the adorable photos of our little peanut — it was clear he felt safe and totally at ease with her. We’ll definitely be booking with Brianna again! Highly recommend! 💗🐾”

“Was very good at following our dog, Lily's, routine and is very kind. Lily was calm and taken care of while we were gone. Her communication was great and she was very good at responding in a timely manner.”

“Cassandra is THE BEST! Awesome person, communicator, very professional, and you can tell she loves animals. She went above and beyond taking care of our fur baby while we were away and I can’t wait to use her again next time! Thanks again Cassandra for everything!”

“Chris did a great job! She was able to coax our super scared and shy kitty out for some pets and pics! Great communication and prompt response to messages, would definitely recommend!”

“Krysten is absolutely wonderful! Our pups loved her, she provided great photos from her visits and greatly eased our minds while we were away! I am so happy we have an experienced and kind caregiver for our furry family members. We especially appreciate her expertise with older pets, as our Casey needs some extra help with her day to day activities.”
“Dina was fabulous! This was our first time using Rover and Dina for a 4 day trip. Dina came to our twice per day to take care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats. They loved her and did very well. Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Webb. On Rover:
- 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
