About: *IMPORTANT SUMMER INFO* I do not walk dogs when temps are over 95 during the day. I will walk up to 100 degrees when the sun is not out (early morning or after sunset). Walks will change to drop-ins (no change in price) if temps exceed this. We are a dog loving family and welcome small to medium size dogs for doggy daycare. Pam is available for dog walking and drop-ins on weekdays. For daycare, we have 3 resident dogs who will welcome your pooch to the pack, so yours should be good with other dogs. Maggie, Snickers and Itty Bitty all lived to 15 years old, but we would have loved many more years with them. We now have Toby, a small mixed breed who is 10, Lucky, a Maltipoo, who was rehomed to us, and Ginger, a cavapoo princess who we were blessed to find through a rescue. About my yard Our backyard is fully fenced and landscaped. We have a pool and your dog is welcome to swim, or cool off on the baja step, if they like. We have a grass side yard that is a designated potty area for the pups. Pam works part-time from home and Joe works just 2 miles away. While Pam is home working, our 3 resident fur babies are never far away, sometimes even sleeping on her lap or desk. We have a gate that keeps dogs from accessing the front door. Our front door and back doors both have security screens, so if we open the door they can't run out. About: I've lived with dogs all of my life. Friends and family have relied on me and my wife to take care of their pets many times. We have done it all, from bathing and walks to giving medication. We have a Shar Pei, Labrador mix, Nova, and she is the sweetest, non-aggressive, playful dog you'll meet. Nova gets bi-weekly social dog training so she is comfortable with new dogs and people. We would love to care for dogs that are also comfortable with children as we have two young kids. They are both comfortable with dogs and respectful of their space and varying needs. We give frequent potty breaks, but please let us know if you have a specific potty schedule. We offer a lot of play time and our backyard is the best for fetch. I also have a 5 year old miniature Goldendoodle who is very friendly and always happy to make new dog friends. A typical day with us is relaxed and fun and includes neighborhood walks, hikes, naps, tug of war, and trips to the dog park. We usually start and end the day with calm walks through quiet neighborhoods. I work remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m almost always home and able to give dogs lots of attention and supervision. We also have a large, open yard with shady spots where dogs can lounge, explore, and play. Dogs are welcome to freely roam the house and are allowed on the furniture. We also have plenty of toys to keep them happy and entertained, especially during the summer heat. I work from home which allows flexibility with my time. Depending on the weather, I typically like to do a walk in the morning and/or evening. I pay special attention to each dogs needs. I like to have an understanding of what your dogs typical day is, and I will match our day as best I can to provide comfort and ease for your dog.
About: What sets me apart is my extensive hands-on experience caring for pets with a wide range of needs, from energetic young animals to seniors requiring extra attention. I volunteered at a rescue shelter for three years, where I learned how to care for pets with different temperaments, build trust with anxious animals, and provide consistent, compassionate care. I’ve also cared for military families’ pets for five years, so I understand the importance of reliability, communication, and maintaining routines while owners are away. In addition, I have experience caring for senior cats with kidney disease and other medical conditions, including administering medications and monitoring their comfort and health. I’m available for morning, evening, and weekend care as well, and I make it a priority to keep pets on a consistent routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets in either my home or a client’s home. I always follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medical or special care instructions. I take time to build trust with each pet so they feel safe and relaxed, and I closely monitor their behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. In a client’s home, I treat the space with respect, keep things clean and secure, and provide regular updates so owners feel confident while they’re away. My goal is to create a calm, loving, and stress-free environment where pets feel comfortable and cared for at all times!
About: I currently have a lab mix fur baby named Boris. I've also raised a German shepherd and a Keeshond. I give Boris lots of love, walks, and trips to the dog park, and I would love to care for your fur baby the same way. I'm open to caring for your loved one with or without mine on walks or at the dog park. I also love cats and would be happy to spend time playing, cuddling, or just making sure they are well fed.
