Savannah, took us on very last minute which allowed us to see friends we hadn’t seen in quite a while. When we went to pick Charli up she seemed very happy and went over to toss a few of the many toys she had around.

Sonia is absolutely amazing — truly the best sitter I’ve ever had. She gave constant, thoughtful updates and showed so much love, care, and attention to my pup. She even accommodated me last minute, which meant the world. She exercises my dog and treats her like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands. I needed someone I could fully trust to care for my two small dogs while visiting my elderly parents, and Liliana was wonderful. She’s kind, reliable, and clearly very experienced with small dogs. She communicated promptly, sent frequent photos, and was flexible with my schedule, which gave me complete peace of mind. My pups came back happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I would absolutely book Liliana again and highly recommend her.

About: I've lived with dogs all of my life. Friends and family have relied on me and my wife to take care of their pets many times. We have done it all, from bathing and walks to giving medication. We have a Shar Pei, Labrador mix, Nova, and she is the sweetest, non-aggressive, playful dog you'll meet. Nova gets bi-weekly social dog training so she is comfortable with new dogs and people. We would love to care for dogs that are also comfortable with children as we have two young kids. They are both comfortable with dogs and respectful of their space and varying needs. I work full-time from home and my wife works part-time. We have plenty of time to play with your pup and keep them feeling loved. We give frequent potty breaks, but please let us know if you have a specific potty schedule. We offer a lot of play time and our backyard is the best for fetch. We are available weekdays and most weekends. We look forward to taking care of your day care and boarding needs. We have a very large, fenced yard for the dogs to run and play that includes a huge grass area. We can accommodate any special exercise requests, such as walking schedules. We have two crates in our home that are available for our guests to use, but we encourage you to bring anything that may help your dog feel the most comfortable. We'd be happy to accommodate space for these items. We love to know how your dog likes to play and any special needs they may have so that we may make it the most comfortable stay for them...a home away from home!

About: Hi I’m Kylea! I’m a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom and lifelong animal lover. Animals truly bring me so much joy and happiness and I would love to care for your pet(s). While in my care, your pet(s) will receive tons of love, attention, playtime, and snuggles. Daily updates will be given as well as pictures so you can see your sweet pet(s). I have a lifelong experience caring for dogs, cats, and other small pets, and I will follow any special feeding schedules, I can administer medications if needed, and will accommodate unique care instructions. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I can care for any age whether it’s a puppy and still potty training or a senior dog that needs assistance and gentle care. I know how important our pets are—they’re family. That’s why I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away, knowing your pet(s) is receiving the best care possible. I can’t wait to meet you and your amazing pet(s) and give them a fun, loving home away from home! 🐾💕 I will always be home to love and care for your pet. Your pet is top priority and your request is highly respected for the care of your pet. During the AZ summer, dogs will remain inside but will have frequent potty breaks and playtime breaks if needed. Tons of playtime outside when the weather isn’t extremely hot to prevent your sweet pet from being overheated. I have a fenced yard and tons of space for your pet to play. Artificial grass, a doggie pool for those dogs who love to play in water, tons of toys, an outdoor cooler with pump, & misters and fans (though dogs will never be left outside for a long period of time). As for cats- I will keep them separated in their own, quiet space with their own litter box, food, water, and accessories until they seem to feel comfortable. Then I will introduce the cat(s) slowly to the other cats and the to home.

About: As a proud owner of three rescue dogs and a cat, I have years of experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I’m used to the beautiful chaos of a multi-pet home and know how to provide a safe, structured environment. Your pet will receive plenty of affection and personal care in a home that truly understands what it means to be part of the family. My day starts at 5:30 AM with morning potty breaks and a structured feeding schedule. After the school drop-off, I dedicated my mid-mornings to long walks and playtime. Since I am home throughout the day, I let the dogs out every two hours or whenever they bark to let me know they need a break. Your pet will be part of a consistent, active, and very attentive routine. Safety is my top priority. My home is set up to keep pets secure, with a fully fenced yard and constant supervision during outdoor time. Because I have a multi-pet household, I am an expert at managing slow introductions and ensuring every animal feels comfortable. I never leave guest pets unattended with my own pack, and I make sure my curious cat and friendly dogs interact safely with all visitors.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Luke Air Force Base on Rover is $53.28 per day (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of July 2026, there are 1,914 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Luke Air Force Base. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Luke Air Force Base commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in AZ ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 1,914 sitters in Luke Air Force Base, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
