I am fully new to the whole Doggy Day Care experience and Melodie was perfect! She understood my situation, and went with my puppy's pace and comfort level. I appreciated her sending me little updates regarding her progress during the day as well. She was also quick to respond as soon as I reached out to her if needed. I would definitely recommend and use Melodie again when the time comes.
