I graduated from anthem college in 2013 with an Associates Degree in Applied Animal Science. I am currently a stay at home mother of 3 beautiful kids. My kids are very well involved with the pet stays that come, so please make sure your fur baby is kid friendly. I do have pets at this time, but have room for more. All of my pets are trained and well behaved. I will require shot records due to the safety of my animals unless they are elderly pets. I am currently a stay at home mom. So I have plenty of time to spoil your fur baby. I do recommend schedules, rules of do’s and dont’s, outside schedule to better suit your fur baby needs. When booking with me, I am just a home away from home. Your rules are my rules when it comes to your fur baby wants and needs. About: Every since I was smaller every animal I saw caught my eye. Ive always had a family pet and have dreamed of becoming a vet or be in the field working with animals. Taking care of animals is my specialty because of the love I have for them. No matter what size, breed, and type I will love them and make sure that they get the required attention they need. I consider myself the perfect candidate for taking care of animals because of past experiences like taking care of family pets when others were out of town and by the many animals I have encountered. Pets naturally click with me and I would love to aid them and make sure everything goes well. I am looking to get more experience with animals because I am aspiring to become a vet tech. It fits in my daily routine because I already have a routine with my pet. I care for my pets in my home by letting them outside, feeding them, and or playing with them outside when it’s not too hot. I currently a cat, fish and geckos and bearded dragons. I just recently rehomed my African Grey parrot of 20 years. About: I have grown up with pets in my household since I was a child. I used to house/pet-sit for my neighbors’ animals from cats and dogs to horses and llamas. While pursuing my undergraduate degree, I filled my days training service dogs for an accredited organization for over 4 years (which was 24/7 volunteering). These days I still do obedience training in clients’ homes. I love dogs and think they are the greatest animals on the planet. I can pet sit, walk, and even obedience train your dog for you. I have experience with all different sizes, ages, and breeds. I am very confident in handling dogs and have dealt with many behavioral issues. Give me specific instructions and I will follow them to a tee. I do work full-time as a physical therapist, but I work a mile away from my house. My fiancé usually works from home so he can be there to let your pup out for a potty break if it is on a weekday. I have a fenced in yard and we have a chain link dog run that is shaded to prevent paws from burning on the hot ground during summer months. My neighborhood has a nearby dog park that I could take your pup to for exercise. I personally crate my dogs when I am not home, but am open to not having a dog crated if they are not crate trained and are not destructive.

While your pet is in my care, frequent updates will be provided. I have a range of experience working with different sized dogs, my family dog growing up was a Rottweiler that gave me experience with working with big dogs and as a teenager I had a Maltese. About: I have had the privilege of having pets around me my whole life. I grew up with dogs (German Shepherds, Terriers, Dachshunds, Golden Retrievers, and Golden Doodles) as well as cats. As a teacher, I had classroom pets that included birds, hamsters, rabbits, and much more. If I hadn't become a teacher, I would have definitely found myself in a profession involving animals. I am a compassionate and caring person who you can trust to take care of your pets needs. I currently have only one dog, an 18-year-old Norwich Terrier named Cooper. He loves to go on walks, but thinks he can handle more than he should, so I alternate walking him and pushing him in a stroller so that he can enjoy a couple of hours outside smelling, meeting other dogs, and satisfying his curiosity while getting a little exercise I prepare his meals, play and snuggle with him, and try to keep him cognitively challenged by filling his Kong with frozen treats and using his textured mats to provide him with his favorite Buddy Butter. I am currently a resigned teacher and have a flexible schedule. Adding in caring for additional pets is something I have wanted to do for a long time, but didn't have a schedule that allowed me to do this. Depending on what has been needed by my clients, I have been in charge of feeding pets, administering medications, playing and spending time with pets, and taking pets on walks (even if that means taking them on a stroller ride to get some fresh air).
