I currently work in veterinary medicine while attending school to become a Radiologic Technologist. I’m a huge animal lover and have dogs of my own, so I know pets are truly part of the family. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and comfortable with many different personalities—from energetic and playful pets to shy, anxious, or senior animals. When your pet is with me, I’ll treat them like one of my own. Katie did an amazing job watching our older dog Ellary and stayed at our house overnight and partially through the day for nearly a week and a half. She sent photos and videos each day and even included a map of her daily walk. She was wonderful with communication and left the house just as clean as when we left for vacation by washing sheets and towels. She even left a water color drawing of my favorite animals penguins as a gift. I can’t recommend her enough and would be grateful to have her care for Ellary again. Julianna is absolutely wonderful and took such great care of our fur babies!!! This was the first time I had used a pet sitter and I was very anxious about it but Julianna was so easy going and came over twice before she watched our dogs just to get familiar with them and to let me walk her through their daily routine. She gave updates everyday while we were gone which I very much appreciated and my dogs really seemed to enjoy her. One of our dogs is a Labrador with high energy and special needs and the other is a small little guy with some separation anxiety and she more than met theirs and my needs in taking great care of them. I am so grateful to her and We will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!!
Carol was so lovely with our 4 cats and our dog, we didn’t need to worry about them at all. Our cats are usually pretty shy with sitters but she sent us lots of pics and they seemed like their normal happy selves. She kept us informed and made sure they were well taken care of. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
