About: I’ve been caring for dogs for as long as I can remember. My mom bred dogs while I was growing up, so I was involved in their daily care from a young age. I helped feed, groom, socialize, exercise, and care for puppies and adult dogs, giving me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As an adult, I’ve continued to care for pets for family and friends and understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and reliable environment. I am a Registered Nurse and currently work only three days per week, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend plenty of quality time with the pets in my care. My husband works from home full-time, so there is typically someone available throughout the day to provide supervision, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. Our home is located in a gated community, providing an added level of safety and security. We have a fenced backyard where dogs can safely go outside for fresh air, potty breaks, and supervised playtime. Pets staying with us will spend most of their time indoors with the family, receiving plenty of attention, companionship, and exercise.

About: I've always had pets growing up so I definitely am prepared to care for them as needed. Very friendly and love to be around animals! I also am usually the person who watches my friends pets when they're on vacation. I have a full time job outside of the home, so typically I'm working 8-8.5 hours, 5 days a week. I also have two cats so it's a big deal to me to make sure they have everything they need (even a lot of spoiling). Pets deserve the absolute best. I spend most of my time chatting with and snuggling my cats and make sure they're properly loved and taken care of. Maddie took great care of my dog, Twinkle! Twink is a rescue dog and Maddie let Twink take her time getting comfortable with her. By their second day together, Twink had come out of her shell and enthusiastically greeted Maddie at the door. She enjoyed a walk with Maddie and got lots of pets and belly rubs. I’m so glad that Twink has a new friend! Maddie is very patient and kind, and she kept me updated during her visits with Twink. She is also very responsive to messages. Definitely recommend, and I look forward to working with Maddie again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
